Friendly and efficient reception. No waiting. Helpful nursing staff. Exemplary.

The medical staff were all very professional and friendly. My only one area of slightly less impressed is that of the reception staff. Upon each visit a large group of staff are stood behind reception chatting about plans for the evening etc, leaving people waiting where not needed. Not a major issue but not a great first impression.

We would recommend benenden hospital to others as our experience from start to finish was superb.our appointment was on time friendly experienced staff saw to our every needs and the surgery was first class. We would like to give a big thankyou to all the staff in the eye unit,well done

I had a positive experience with Nuffield health the staff was all friendly and welcoming and the hospital was always clean.

Friendly nurses upstairs, very approachable and the place was very clean.

The consultant was one hour late and his apology was less than sincere !!
