From the beginning of my journey with Mr Tailor I felt at ease since he conducted a comprehensive review of my medical history and my health status. His ability to communicate with detailed description what was happening to me made me feel confident in the care provided. The follow-up calls to discuss treatment followed by letters helped me to process things at my own pace and was able to refer to them in case I had questions. Mr Tailor was always kind and compassionate specially when answering questions, so I felt informed and assured at every step. On the day my surgery was taking place Mr Tailor arrived with a big smile and took his time to explain the procedure, its purpose and potential risks in simple and understandable terms. Fertility issues have been a big concern for me and a delicate subject, it only took the initial consultation for him to notice this; to my surprise he suggested performing a dye test which shows not only his attention to detail but also his caring nature and his ability to make a customized care plan taking in consideration both my physical wellbeing and my mental well-being. For this I will be ever so grateful, I could not have chosen a better surgeon!

Reassuring and great explanation

Dr Jones is kind, courteous; explained everything in detail and really helped put me at ease. He took extra time out of his schedule to ensure all my questions had been answered. I genuinely feel fortunate to have encountered Dr Jones today and am grateful to him for his expertise and care of me. My mother was also treated by him a few months back and his care was exceptional then too.

There is no one better

I have had Lichen Sclerosis for 12 years and was increasingly distressed by its impact and lack of treatment options: constant soreness; dryness; eroded and grey appearance of the labia. Finding Miss Adib and the laser treatment proved to be a game changer - after 3 treatments all is plump, moist and pink again. I feel my femininity is restored. Miss Adib is very reassuring and the process is near painless. I cannot recommend it to LS sufferers enough.

Mr Nath explained the risks and benefits of robotic surgery very comprehensively. More importantly, from my experience, he is an extremely competent surgeon in a very important emerging field. My post op recovery was very much faster than that of people I know who had a conventional procedure. His PA is also brilliant, making it easy to deal with any issues which arise such as queries from insurers. A great team.

The care and treatment I received from Miss Nandy was absolutely outstanding and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her to a friend. She took the time to explain everything carefully and calmly and had such a lovely manner about her.

Dr Kate is always very kind, as a busy professional I always appreciate that she is on time for our appointments, in person and on the phone.

I cannot rate my experience with Mr Nick Wales high enough. From early pregnancy up until now (weeks after my baby has been born), Nick was, and is, always approachable, professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. He also has a great sense of humour which helps with anxiety on the day of the birth! I wanted an elective c-section and Nick supported my request completely. I was given my date and time very early on in my pregnancy so I could plan everything prior to and after the birth perfectly. The whole procedure went so smoothly and like clockwork! The entire medical team were magnificent and the one-to-one midwife support in your own room after delivery was wonderful, and I believe this to have helped getting breastfeeding off to a great start and which has continued to go well for me. My recovery has been incredible, I was home after 3 days (although I could have stayed in hospital for longer), and I was doing things quite unhindered when home (being a single mum this was a relief). Nick also comes to check in on you while you are still in hospital which is great and at no point do any of his visits feel rushed. From the moment your baby is born, they stay with you (even when I was wheeled back from theatre my baby was in my arms). This is truly the best way to have a baby.
