Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

The London General Practice are a great team. Based on my experiences, they are terrific in communication, flexible in accommodating our needs; and their facilities are immaculate, as well as being very comfortable with (what I imagine are) state-of-the art resources/ equipment.

Doctor A Gauthey-Sebert was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know super clearly, putting me at ease even in that quite uneasy situation (I had my first IUD fitted). Super recommended. I'll go back to her in 5 years when I'll have to remove/replace it.

We have found their support and services fantastic for our child. Mental health remains a gentle red area as far as NHS is concerned and going to private healthcare yourself is a hit and miss. With Orchestrate Health you get a holistic service which covers all mental health requirements and they have some amazing professionals on their panel.

It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. I’m in an all together different and happier place through the work I’ve done with PBH. If you’re struggling with where to start - or looking to pick your work back up - they are a highly professional group committed to helping you
