Was fitted in for an assessment as fast as possible, really pleased with my care so far
Extremely distressing experience with Innisfree. After over a year of therapy, we uncovered some painful decades-old memories. Rather than spending even a single session on understanding the issues, Innisfree promply ended the therapy, without much explanation. They used inaccurate records of my memories as the basis for disturbing and untrue allegations against me. They pressured me to accept unwanted external treatment under a short deadline, making clear there would be consequences if I did not comply. After ending care, they provided no meaningful context, availability, or support to help me understand or deal with the abrupt transition. The consequences for me were life-damaging and traumatic.
Great experience with remote and in-person sessions. Onboarding took a bit of time but worth the wait to get the right team. Scheduling was very attentive
Really easy onboarding onto intensive. Team made me feel at ease and felt discreet too
sessions felt supportive and well structured, excellent team
I completed an intensive number one and found it really helpful. The team were consistently supportive and challenging and I found this way of intensive working meant fast change. I am continuing with sessions with one therapist to keep up the change and am hopeful for the future.
Professional and empathetic team, efficiently run and very client-centred.
