ADHD Health Clinic is a UK-based neurodevelopmental healthcare provider specialising in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD, Autism, and related neurodevelopmental conditions in children, young people, and adults. The service operates primarily through an online, nationwide model designed to improve access to specialist care while maintaining structured clinical standards. In-person services are also available at our clinics throughout the UK.
The clinic provides consultant-led ADHD and Autism assessments using evidence-based diagnostic methods, including structured clinical interviews, validated rating scales, and multi-informant information from home, work, or educational settings where relevant. Each patient pathway is designed to produce a clear diagnostic outcome supported by a detailed clinical report and personalised recommendations.
Following assessment, the clinic offers treatment pathways that may include medication management (where clinically appropriate), ongoing consultant reviews, ADHD coaching, and guidance on reasonable adjustments for education or employment. The approach is multidisciplinary, involving consultant psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, ADHD coaches, and operational support staff to ensure continuity of care throughout the patient journey.
A key focus of the service is accessibility and rapid access to care, with an emphasis on reducing waiting times compared with traditional pathways. The clinic highlights clinical governance, ethical practice, and neurodiversity-affirming care as central principles, aiming to balance diagnostic accuracy with patient-centred support.
ADHD Health Clinic positions itself as a structured, evidence-based neurodevelopmental service focused on clarity, transparency, and ongoing support across the diagnostic and treatment process.

I was stressed and anxious about that appointment, so much so I nearly cancelled but I am so glad I didn’t. I was treated with care and respect. For the first time in a very long time I felt heard and understood. I simply cannot recommend enough!!!!
I had an appointment with Dr Ramesh and I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, warm, friendly and easy to talk to. He took the time to understand how ADHD affects my everyday life rather than making the appointment feel rushed or like a box-ticking exercise. He explained the medication options clearly and involved me in the treatment plan. I came away from the appointment feeling understood, reassured and genuinely hopeful about starting treatment. I feel very lucky to have had my medication review with him, and I honestly think anyone who has Dr Ramesh involved in their ADHD assessment or treatment will be in excellent hands. An absolutely outstanding clinician. Thank you so much, Dr Ramesh. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently had my autism assessment with Katherine, and I had a really positive experience. Katherine made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole assessment. I was very anxious beforehand and found the tasks quite difficult, but she was reassuring the entire time. I never felt judged or pressured. I’m really grateful for how comfortable and supported she made me feel.
Even though I did not get a diagnosis of ADHD, i felt like the clinician really cared about me and my well-being. I appreciated her advice and tips at the end as well as the referral for next steps.
Dr. Yath Ramesh was super helpful and understanding, explained a lot of the system to me and honestly the appointment felt like a catchup with a really helpful friend! 11/10 experience x
I feel very fortunate to have found the ADHD Health Clinic and lucky to have secured an appointment with Dr Sai Achuthan at relatively short notice. I was feeling nervous and anxious about my assessment for ADHD but Dr Achuthan immediately put me at ease and made the process feel more like a conversation. It has been a very emotional time, being a woman seeking diagnosis in my fifties, but I feel a sense of relief and have absolute faith in the expert treatment I have received. Thank you too to the kind and friendly admin team. ( Thank you Natalie.)
I experienced Dr Yath Ramesh as very open, interested and appreciative. He listened to my thoughts and feelings attentively, patiently, and carefully. From a professional perspective, he extracted key aspects and conclusions and offered me various suggestions for how to proceed. I thank him most sincerely for the important and valuable insights I gained and for his support on my inner, personal journey.
Dr Qureshi has been invaluable to me and the support he has given me assessment, diagnosis and post medication support. He is grounded and easy to talk too. He makes me feel at ease and is reassuring throughout. I have the utmost of confidence in him. The clinic always respond to my emails promptly and have been helpful to my son also. I have not visited the clinic. All been done on zoom.
Sai was so friendly and supportive. I was very anxious about the appointment but he was easy to talk to and very understanding.
Mine was virtual, it was really calming and a good experience considering how nervous I was to have answered the questions i have had for many years.

Dr Shyamal Mashru and Dr Maja Elia from ADHD Health Clinic explore how ADHD can present differently in women, and why it is so often missed or misdiagnosed. Drawing on clinical experience, we discuss the more internalised symptoms that many women report — including inattentiveness, zoning out, forgetfulness, difficulty initiating tasks, chronic overthinking, emotional dysregulation, and an “internal restlessness” that can look more like anxiety than hyperactivity.
