ADHD Health Clinic is a UK-based neurodevelopmental healthcare provider specialising in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD, Autism, and related neurodevelopmental conditions in children, young people, and adults. The service operates primarily through an online, nationwide model designed to improve access to specialist care while maintaining structured clinical standards. In-person services are also available at our clinics throughout the UK.
The clinic provides consultant-led ADHD and Autism assessments using evidence-based diagnostic methods, including structured clinical interviews, validated rating scales, and multi-informant information from home, work, or educational settings where relevant. Each patient pathway is designed to produce a clear diagnostic outcome supported by a detailed clinical report and personalised recommendations.
Following assessment, the clinic offers treatment pathways that may include medication management (where clinically appropriate), ongoing consultant reviews, ADHD coaching, and guidance on reasonable adjustments for education or employment. The approach is multidisciplinary, involving consultant psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, ADHD coaches, and operational support staff to ensure continuity of care throughout the patient journey.
A key focus of the service is accessibility and rapid access to care, with an emphasis on reducing waiting times compared with traditional pathways. The clinic highlights clinical governance, ethical practice, and neurodiversity-affirming care as central principles, aiming to balance diagnostic accuracy with patient-centred support.
ADHD Health Clinic positions itself as a structured, evidence-based neurodevelopmental service focused on clarity, transparency, and ongoing support across the diagnostic and treatment process.

I recently received a combined adult assessment for ADHD and ASD by the ADHD Health Clinic after being told by multiple people that I may be neurodivergent. Sai kindly provided my assessment. I thought the process was very simple, transparent, flexible and in-depth. From my experience, Sai was a warm, compassionate and experienced practitioner, and I could not be more pleased with my experience. I really appreciated explanations of my diagnoses at the end of the assessment, further treatment information and recommendations for counselling approaches that would benefit me in the future. This helped me feel more empowered about my presentation, current and past difficulties. It was initially difficult for me to source an in depth assessment and report about my condition. It took me a year to find the right support with your clinic, and I am glad that I did. I can say that I highly appreciate my positive experience with ADHD Health Clinic and Sai who were able to provide this. Thank you so much to Sai and the wider team for providing me and others this invaluable support. I look forward to working with you for further treatment and support. I would highly recommend the clinic to others for specialist and experience support around neurodiversity with a five star rating.
Dr Yath Ramesh was absolutely wonderful. I had seen some of his work before I chose him with Alex Partridge, and I instantly knew he was the person I wanted to talk to. He was calm, kind, and knowledgeable but above all, patient - I think I overran as I talked too much (ADHD)!
I saw Dr Yath Ramesh virtually who was very friendly and empathetic. He took his time during the assessment and did not make me feel rushed. He was very clear about the formulation and plan.
I had my assessment with Dr Shyamal Mashru who was super! He explained everything thoroughly and patiently and is clearly very knowledgeable in everything relating to ADHD. I was clearly a tricky patient to diagnose in that I’m 55 years old woman and have been masking for a lifetime.. we had time and I did the QB check test which I found incredibly intense but helped the diagnosis results immensely in that it’s an objective test, not based on anything you answer nor what an informant says about you.. I never received the written results for this test which I did ask for and would very much like to still receive! Overall it was a great experience and definitely has created an inner calm now with my positive diagnosis which explains so much of so many questions I was living with unanswered for my entire life.. I am grateful to Dr Shyamal and would definitely recommend him! On a negative, I do not understand the high prices for ADHD assessments and it feels unfair to not be more accessible to the general public.. as it can such an incredible relief to get the diagnosis, assurance and support after so many years of being overlooked and misunderstood.
Wait time was only a couple of weeks for online assessment, the Psychiatrist I saw was, caring, empathic and explained the process in a considered way. Would recommend to others looking to book a prompt and reliable ADHD assessment.
Although I have still to wait for the result of my autism assessment I was very happy with the assessment itself. Katherine was very kind and patient, and I felt listened to and respected throughout. Receptionist Laura was helpful with queries.
I was stressed and anxious about that appointment, so much so I nearly cancelled but I am so glad I didn’t. I was treated with care and respect. For the first time in a very long time I felt heard and understood. I simply cannot recommend enough!!!!
I recently had an assessment for Autism and ADHD with Dr Khurrram Sadik who was very kind, patient and listened. I was very nervous about speaking but he put me at ease. I received feedback after 2 hours of the assessment. I then received my report 10 days later. it was easy and quick and would recommend.
I had an appointment with Dr Ramesh and I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, warm, friendly and easy to talk to. He took the time to understand how ADHD affects my everyday life rather than making the appointment feel rushed or like a box-ticking exercise. He explained the medication options clearly and involved me in the treatment plan. I came away from the appointment feeling understood, reassured and genuinely hopeful about starting treatment. I feel very lucky to have had my medication review with him, and I honestly think anyone who has Dr Ramesh involved in their ADHD assessment or treatment will be in excellent hands. An absolutely outstanding clinician. Thank you so much, Dr Ramesh. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

ADHD Health Clinic's Dr Shyamal Mashru on Fearne Cotton's Happy Place provides an outline on What is ADHD?

Dr Shyamal Mashru and Dr Maja Elia from ADHD Health Clinic explore how ADHD can present differently in women, and why it is so often missed or misdiagnosed. Drawing on clinical experience, we discuss the more internalised symptoms that many women report — including inattentiveness, zoning out, forgetfulness, difficulty initiating tasks, chronic overthinking, emotional dysregulation, and an “internal restlessness” that can look more like anxiety than hyperactivity.
