Dr. Yath Ramesh

Dr. Yath Ramesh is a dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in General Adult Psychiatry and Old Age Psychiatry. With comprehensive clinical experience across both outpatient and community settings, Dr. Ramesh provides holistic, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs. He believes in a personalised, strengths-based approach to mental health, ensuring that patients receive compassionate and collaborative support throughout their treatment journey.

In his clinical practice, Dr. Ramesh assesses and treats a wide spectrum of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and stress-related conditions. He holds specialist expertise in the assessment and management of adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) across the lifespan. Dr. Ramesh pays particular attention to how neurodevelopmental traits manifest across different life stages, helping individuals navigate complex diagnostic boundaries and manage mental health challenges in demanding work or academic environments.

Dr. Ramesh graduated in Medicine from Imperial College London and earned a First-Class intercalated degree in Psychology from King's College London. He completed the Royal College of Psychiatrists' Leadership & Management Fellowship and has undertaken UKAAN training in the diagnosis and treatment of Adult ADHD. He is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and maintains an active commitment to medical education and clinical supervision for doctors training in psychiatry.
