Child Connect

This was my yearly follow up appointment - I have been seeing Dr LeClercq for the past 4 years.

It seems like both Dr LeClercq and Dr Boulard actually listen to your experience and try to understand your individual point of view. Therefore it means that they try to take an approach that is more likely to work for you. The team has been very kind to me when I am sometimes late and have actually given me extra time which I have really appreciated. Sophie who arranges appointments is also very helpful and replies quickly and clearly, she will sometimes suggest appointment times for me since they know I struggle to book them consistently.

Had a lovely meeting with LeClercq, we went in depth in my ADD and he was very helpful and freindly. The communication about the appointment was excellent and Sophie was also really helpful.

You can't better Child Connect for experienced care for your child. The years of experience and understanding behind the main clinicians is world-class, and in addition their bedside manner is truly a gift, helping you and your child through to better understanding of oneself.

Dr L and Sophie have always been really responsive and supportive. Have recommended them to may others and will continue to do so.

My sons have been seeing Dr. Cedric LeClercq for a few years now. Dr. Cedric is so gentle and caring with the boys. He truly cares about them and their growth and development. He has helped us navigate the complex world of ADHD.

We feel privileged to have access to the support of Child Connect. Dr Le Clercq has profoundly supported our children through their neurodiversity diagnoses and their ongoing care. He assesses the 'whole' child, taking account of not just metrics but the narrative and stories behind the data. Having had a difficult experience previously, it was a huge relief to find a team that so quickly supported us and got to the roots of the issues. We are enormously grateful to Dr Le Clercq, who has put our children's mental health first and foremost. It is an ongoing pleasure to continue to have his support and guidance.

Dr LeClercq and Sophie have been utterly incredible from start to finish. They have made this process both easy and a lot less daunting. Child Connect has been efficient and flexible.

Arranging appointments with Dr. LeClercq is a smooth process. His PA is efficient, responds to messages in a timely manner, works with the client to find most suitable appointment slots and initiates any follow-ups. The practice is conveniently well located, waiting area and office are very comfortable, calming. Dr. LeClercq is prompt with appointments timing, I have not experienced any delays. I leave every session with a feeling of accomplishment and positive attitude. I felt that Dr. LeClercq was very professional, clear in all his explanations, in addressing client questions and concerns. He works very closely with the client, thorough assessments with proposed tailored solutions and way forward.
