I came in very nervous about my session as I have been struggling with my weight and health for a while. But after the first 5mins Rachel really made me feel comfortable and the plan that we came up with was really for me to follow at home. Cant wait for our next session!

Dr Ruth Whitby impressed me with her enthusiasm when I first got introduced to her. My wife and I are very comfortable with her and are free in discussing our health issues with her without feeling any form of ill treatment.
