He has thoroughly explained the condition, the approach to surgery and treatment and provided support answering many many questions. His manner is friendly, approachable and compassionate and he always has time to make sure I feel confident and relaxed about what is happening. I feel enormously fortunate to have had such a clearly wonderful medical professional looking after me at a pretty scary time in my life.
