All the staff at the Saxon clinic were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The service was great and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. I would say as a negative, that the room I stayed in seemed very “tired”, it was in need of a redecoration. Apart from that, everything was fine.

All that I hoped for from my visit.

I felt well cared for and that I was treated as an individual from the first phone call through all appointments leading up to my operation. My post operative care and follow ups have been equally easy and straightforward.

The paediatrician we saw for my daughter was kind, compassionate and very approachable. He took care in getting to know us as a family and in particular he made my daughter feel welcome and empowered. I would recommend to other parents looking for an assessment.

We didn't get into the appointments on time, but this is more a comment than a criticism
