Excellent service.

My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Jess was very professional and caring, Dr James was proficient with excellent A-sceptic technique, he was also thoughtful about my pain levels and went at the correct speed.

Friendly welcome by the reception staff, waiting area was relaxed and comfortable. The procedure itself was carried out with care and the Dr was wonderful, explaining as she went along, I found that most reassuring. All in all a very good experience. Thank you.

Excellent parking, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Medical staff have a lovely manner putting you at your ease. Makes which could be a worrying time much less stressful.

Everyone and all facilities to a high standard - except the coffee machine didn't work !

Lovely and everyone was brilliant

This is my second experience of a procedure at Nuffield Health Cheltenham. On both occasions I have been very impressed with the level of care and professionalism from all the staff that I encountered. The facilities are also excellent.

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.
