Professional, caring and efficient.

All the staff at the Saxon clinic were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The service was great and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. I would say as a negative, that the room I stayed in seemed very “tired”, it was in need of a redecoration. Apart from that, everything was fine.

I felt well cared for and that I was treated as an individual from the first phone call through all appointments leading up to my operation. My post operative care and follow ups have been equally easy and straightforward.

Had Surgery here 4 years ago, had excellent care from all the Staff and was completely looked after from the moment I arrived until I left 4 days later, I have continued to use Outpatient department on a regular basis & cannot fault care that I receive.
