Dr Abrahamson is a remarkable paediatric consultant who truly goes above and beyond in providing exceptional care. From the moment we walked into Cromwell his warm demeanour put my child at ease, instantly building trust. He is knowledgeable, incredibly empathetic and intensely observant. The blood results confirmed his diagnosis and he made himself available to explain and to address all of our concerns. I cannot thank him enough, he is by far the best paediatric consultant that I have ever met. He genuinely cares and cannot bare to see a child suffer. We will not be seeing anyone else other than Dr Ed.

Felt like a very honest conversation and assessment, I do feel I'm back to the drawing board in terms of establishing the cause of pain, however I also appreciate that Mr Trivedi is researching material from my recent visit to St Peter's A&E and hopeful that fresh eyes will find something quickly. Professor Frampton explained everything thoroughly and in a way easy to understand for someone without medical knowledge. He listened to concerns and reassured throughout the process and answered all my questions promptly and clearly. His care on the day of my procedure was exceptional, both before, during and after, and he also took time to talk to my husband and keep him fully updated on how things had gone. This was especially appreciated as the procedure had been more challenging than anticipated. Following my operation, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a call at home the next day from Professor Frampton to check on how I was doing and when I had some concerns during my recovery the following week, he called me again late at night for advice and reassurance.

Mr Menezes is a very experienced and skilled laparoscopic surgeon. I was not the easiest case, but he got the job done laparoscopicly and as a result my recovery has been quick. He understands all the risks and goes through them at pace, so you have to keep up! But you trust him and he delivers.

What was impressive in the consultation was the time and care in simple language taking me through the "problem" and the solution, and the potential (even if minimal) risks; and in checking that I really did understand what would be involved in the procedure. I therefore left confident in proceeding; and his follow up letter for my GP and insurers set out in detail the full extent of our discussion.
