Dr. Singh is an incredible practitioner. He is extremely patient and kind and seems to care deeply about his patients. I am new to the UK medical system and he has taken a great deal of time explaining how things work here and helping me to find the correct treatment and work within the system. He is extraordinarily responsive to questions and frequently gets back to me the same day, even if it's outside of normal business hours. I have seen a lot of practitioners and rarely have I felt that they truly understand my condition and are interested in discussing possible treatments. Dr. Singh is exceptional in that respect. I have never felt rushed or that I've been anything other than a top priority at each appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. Singh more highly. Dr Mahmud was incredibly kind and caring. It was my first time at the clinic and did not know what to expect. The Dr was very considerate of my other long term diagnosis. I was happy with the outcome of my appointment.

My experience with Dr Hamdulay has been excellent. He took his time to understand my situation and didn’t make me feel like I was asking stupid questions like I had with another specialist. He took the right steps to assess my problem and explained the process in a clear and understandable way. Once the test results were in he discussed them with me and made me feel at ease. Good experience!

I’ve had excellent care under Dr Gulati. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. After my operation I had complications but Mr Gulati helped me through and sorted it all out

This was my 3rd appointment with Dr Astorri for the Evusheld injection. My experience has been fantastic! As an immunocompromised person I absolutely value the service she provides. I find her very personable and happy to explain any questions I have in a way I understand. I took my daughter with me today and she was happy to repeat in detail answers to my questions because I knew I would forget as soon as I left! I did not feel rushed or a nuisance. It is extremely important to have this relationship with your consultant, someone who puts you at your ease. I cannot recommend Dr Astorri highly enough!
