Dr Irving is a very professional person. A care plan put in place for me I hope the appts she has asked for don’t take to long although they are marked urgent. ? I just wished that getting to see Dr Irving didn’t take so long. That’s due to her waiting list . But always a pleasure to see her .

Dr Irving is amazing! She is a Consultant Rheumatologist who makes me feel seen! She makes me feel heard! She is compassionate; caring & understanding of my daily lived experience of chronic pain & extreme fatigue. She helps me to understand how the nervous system has impacted my body in a physical way. How trauma impacts & when I feel broken; lost & unable to carry on she gives me hope! Dr Irving’s analogies; advice; support and most of all her belief in what I am going through with Fibromyalgia, Arthritis & many other physical health issues it is like being offered a ‘safe place’ in a storm!! I am truly grateful for how hard she tries to improve my physical & emotional health & wellbeing! She is truly blessed with an amazing gift & a beautiful heart! Thanks Dr Irving. (WR)

Dr Irving is always professional, compassionate and friendly. Possibly faultless!
Dr Irving is brilliant! She listens carefully, gives expert advice, ensures all the necessary tests and treatments are implemented, and treats you like an adult. I feel so grateful that she is my Consultant. Much to my surprise, at gone 5.30pm I was also able to get my bloods taken and have a chest xray, to avoid having to trek up to the hospital another time. Well done Kings. And the building is air conditioned! (I attended on one of the 32 degrees days.)
I felt listened to and my concerns were responded to alongside Dr’s aims and objections. Always a helpful consult.
