Brilliant service so far. I feel that I am in the best possible hands

I was extremely well looked after by everyone I came into contact with and they all tried to put me at my ease.

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Staff on reception were not the warmest, or friendliest but were OK!

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with friendly reception staff and a wonderful team of radiographers and nurses.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Staff were friendly, I was booked in quickly, have no faults with my experience there.
