Clean, efficient and superb care

The nurses and staff were excellent, explained what was happening at various stages and helped to put us at ease.

Was clean and tidy. Some bits in need of updating

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Overall a very positive experience. I didn't have to wait very long and the appointment with Mr Kassam was very useful.

I visited Zone1Hearing for wax removal, the service was excellent, I was told I had no wax and then, even better, I was NOT charged because I had no wax!
