I got what I paid for.

as said in the last survey, constantly ran out of food basics like butter, milk, ham, cordial and crisps. Despite the cost and the fact that i was sharing the bedroom was tiny

I can’t knock my experience at sanctuary lodge at all no waiting list, got meet by lovely friendly staff for the start! Nice facility, nice food and great therapist’s who really know how get the most out of you. Nice spacious rooms with on suites grate facilities including gym and a large garden Would recommend

Its been great, was with a good group, staff have been good to me and very professional. I would recomend anyone to come here for their detox. Thanj you Oasis Bradford.

The therapist sessions are of a good quality and the therapists are well experienced and provide an excellent insight into the recovery process. The food provided is of a adequate standard but can be a bit more diverse and nutritionally balanced.

I don't have any qualms about anything really, overall rating 5*

its bin good by getting involved in as much as I could I feel it has set me up well for my next step in maintaining a clean and sober life

My experience overall was really positive, the groups & the one-to-one sessions were really helpful. I also felt H&I coming in to carry the message was extremely supportive for ongoing support when I left. I felt the timetable was good & had a few other extra bits like yoga, reiki & gong. Swimming & the gym was also offered but unfortunately didn’t happen. I would recommend treatment here for anyone seeking recovery and needing to detox but I think on-going support in the rooms of a 12 step fellowship is imperative for continued sobriety. Thank you being my spring board into recovery, I will be forever grateful!

An incredibly supportive environment, staffed by highly competent and caring individuals.

The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.
