Fantastic relaxed atmosphere friendly quiet and very understanding of needs

Priory's organisation seemed to be very good. The initial screening call seemed abrupt at the time and very clinical, but the staff member seemed knowledgeable and matched me with a great clinician. I had Kira as my clinician - from the very first session she created a very safe, welcoming space, explained very clearly the path forward we would take and maintained very clear communication throughout all my sessions. I had never tried or even heard of EMDR and she explained it in a way that was very easy to understand and also the reason behind each of the steps and actions. She was very kind, knowledgeable and I felt that the priority was my health above all.

All hospital staff are lovely but I am especially so grateful for having therapy with Natasha after a really stressful time in my life. The compassion she showed me just by listening and being understanding really helped me. I have gone back to doing things I haven’t done in a long time and I’ve also really worked on my communication about my mental health with everyone thanks to the skills natasha has taught me. I can’t thank Natasha enough. During therapy another very distressing life event happened but with Natasha’s support I was able to work through it and not let it take me back to the dark place I was at. Thank you Priory and Natasha, definately recommend.

An incredibly supportive environment, staffed by highly competent and caring individuals.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

I visited 2Me Clinic a few days ago and amazed by the service I received. The friendly staff gave me a warm welcome, and Dr Anne took the time to listen to all my questions and explain everything. I felt truly heard and never rushed. The first-class service exceeded all my expectations. Thank you!

Always a great experience

Having the support of Natasha as care coordinator as well as the therapy from Helen Brice has been really helpful with my recovery. Paul Flynn's provision of the Flow machine has made a huge difference.
