Dr Low has been amazing with my mother through her eye operation. She has explained everything to me and my mum and made my mum feel comfortable. She talked us through the procedure and been professional at all times. She is a great consultant and appreciate her.

I found him very reassuring and he explained my surgery well. He just made me feel at ease and that I was in safe hands having the surgery. He also said I could ring up if I had anymore questions later on.
