Dr Alam was lovely put us at ease and made the process very comfortable, we had follow ups and he answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything, outcome was fabulous.
Dr Alam was very thorough and professional in his cataract surgery care right through from initial consultation in December 2025 at Sudbury Vale through to surgery then to final check up in April 2026 at Clementine Churchill Hospital. He put me at my ease throughout surgery and examinations.

I am disappointed with the outcome. I didn’t want to be long sighted and I knew about refractive surprise, but I am more shortsighted than I expected, I have astigmatism and light artefacts at night. Dr Alam advised (after one week) that this would improve, but itgas got worse as the eye healed.
