The information I received beforehand made it easy for me to find my way to the Cumberlege Ward. Everyone I met was very friendly and efficient. I had to wait quite a long time for my surgery but it was in very pleasant surrounding.

The hospital is local and all staff are friendly and make you feel like their priority. I hopefully won’t need to go again but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

I thought I was treated well

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!
