My experience with Mr Hettige was excellent from the first consultation to my follow up appointment after my operation. I would highly recommend him. Mr Hettige put me at ease and explained every aspect of the operation clearly.

Gave a very clear explanation of what I could expect from the operation at the start. Although having to wait for sometime having been referred to him from the Great Western in Swindon, the operation was a success when it was performed. The other doctors and nursing staff were also excellent and I felt well cared for at all times. I felt it an privilege to have been treated by this very experienced expert.

I was really happy with Phoebe's appointment with Mr Wood. He took time to make Phoebe feel at ease and she enjoyed the appointment. He also took time to explain everything to me and to answer any questions.

I had cholesteatoma surgery and Dr Xie made sure that all my questions were answered. She is patient and kind and very welcoming. My mum always has lots of questions at every appointment we have and she has always been able to answer, we never felt rushed. A very lovely lady and always ready to help with questions.
