I had an exceptional experience with Dr Guy Ratu. From the onset of meeting him - he was kind, respectful and professional. Dr Guy Ratu brought a non-judgmental approach to understanding the purpose of my visit and took his time to answer all my questions.

Mr Aloe has been brilliant. Has really taken the extra time to answer all my questions, help me understand exactly what I was having done and what I need to do after the surgery. He has been very patient and understanding with me when I was worrying. I felt very well looked after and both before and after surgery. He took the time to see me weekly after surgery to ensure I had the best outcome for my wound. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Dr Singh is a caring and compassionate doctor who has tried his best to help me.

Clearly an expert in his field, but importantly listens to the patient to understand their wants and needs. 100% happy with the initial consultation, report and course of action so far.
