Everything was perfect. Dr.Denton was just so professional and makes you feel comfortable.
The key factors are: listening to actual concerns, being able to give appropriate time, utilising new investigation equipment which can avoid hospital trips, costing a lot less in time and money, and being able to reassure there and then, or if referral is needed, acting with telephones and contacts, not sub-optimal computer systems and bewildering 'rules'.
