The care and support I have received here is amazing . I always feel listened to and treated with the utmost respect. All the staff are vey friendly and are always never too busy to be there to assist me with any of my needs . The ward has a wonderful ,homely atmosphere and I think of it with great fondness always as my safe place. I can honestly say that Highlands has literally saved my life and given me the confidence and tools to move forward with my life ,which at times is extremely challenging. An incredibly supportive environment, staffed by highly competent and caring individuals.

Staff were very welcoming and understanding. I felt safe and secure.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

It was an excellent introduction and the clinician really knew her subject.

Overall experience I feel has the potential to be life changing, albeit I now have to put into practice the tools and techniques learned.

We have found their support and services fantastic for our child. Mental health remains a gentle red area as far as NHS is concerned and going to private healthcare yourself is a hit and miss. With Orchestrate Health you get a holistic service which covers all mental health requirements and they have some amazing professionals on their panel.

The staff have helped me remember who I was before addiction took hold. The sense of community they build is very helpful to the recovery process and makes newcomers feel welcome.
