My experience at the spire was fantastic, all the nurses and staff were so friendly and attentive. I felt well taken care of. My procedure ran on time and the whole experience was seamless.

I sent relevant documents to the hospital for Mr Natt's attention and was assured that they would be forwarded to him but this did not hsppen.

Receptionist was very caring when i had a panic attack as I suffer with health anxiety. Doctor Johnstone was very professional and polite.

Whilst my procedure itself was friendly and professional, the reception staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly. A wait of nearly 30 minutes was not very good.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.
