Absolutely brilliant. Went out of their way to get my daughter in quickly. All staff we dealt with from reception to doctor were so friendly and helpful. Very thorough examination and clear plan for going forwards.
I was extremely anxious before my appointment, but the clinician immediately put me at ease. He listened without judgement, showed genuine empathy and took the time to understand what has been a very difficult and emotional situation for me. I left feeling heard, understood and slightly lighter than when I arrived. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
