Very pleasant and welcoming practice. Easy to find and park. During my consultation I was made to feel at ease felt listened to.

Every visit I have with Dr Shori is a positive one! I come in feel like the worlds on my shoulders and when I leave I feel more positive, he attentive, really listen and feel he understands me, and I trust all his medical decisions. I have not felt this way with any Gp over any medical problem I have had

Dr. Phelan is absolutely wonderful! My first visit with Dr. Phelan was the first time in my life where a doctor has listened to me and not fobbed me off. It’s sad what the NHS has come to and that this level of care, compassion, and treatment is not standard when seeing any qualified doctor. As a young woman who has not ever been taken seriously, I now have a plan of action to work towards and a supporting doctor in my corner. Thank you, Dr. Phelan.

Excellent consultation with Dr Alex . Made to feel comfortable, valued and able to explain my symptoms in an unhurried manner . So sympathetic and understanding and felt so much better just having seen her even before starting the treatment!

It was such a relief to have someone listen to me and not fob me off. I didn't feel rushed and was able to fully open up about the challenges I have experienced over the years. I would highly recommend the practice.
