Such a pleasure as ever. Great to see Laura on reception and spend quality time with Dr Shori who really listens and is keen to help and advise. Such a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere in the waiting room. I’ll be back soon.

Dr. Phelan is absolutely wonderful! My first visit with Dr. Phelan was the first time in my life where a doctor has listened to me and not fobbed me off. It’s sad what the NHS has come to and that this level of care, compassion, and treatment is not standard when seeing any qualified doctor. As a young woman who has not ever been taken seriously, I now have a plan of action to work towards and a supporting doctor in my corner. Thank you, Dr. Phelan.
