Really great, brilliant that I could access a specialist to do a paediatric echo and ECG for my son at such short notice, he spent an hour doing the scan and also explaining the issue. I'm really grateful to MUMs for providing this service, parking was easy too and it's a very non threatening place to go compared to a larger hospital.

Paid for 2 blood tests. On day of test we had keep repeating our contact details. Waited 4-5 days for results, then had to chase to be told they have a back log but should have them Sunday I repeated my email address again to receptionist to make sure they had it. Chased again Monday morning as still no results only to be told they were sent to a completely random email address (data breach I think), even though I repeatedly gave my email address on 2 occasions. Then I was told they only tested for 1 blood test not the 2 we paid for. Had to go back to have more blood taken for the 2nd test. So no not a good experience. Very unprofessional

Priory's organisation seemed to be very good. The initial screening call seemed abrupt at the time and very clinical, but the staff member seemed knowledgeable and matched me with a great clinician. I had Kira as my clinician - from the very first session she created a very safe, welcoming space, explained very clearly the path forward we would take and maintained very clear communication throughout all my sessions. I had never tried or even heard of EMDR and she explained it in a way that was very easy to understand and also the reason behind each of the steps and actions. She was very kind, knowledgeable and I felt that the priority was my health above all.

My mum really enjoyed meeting Dr Tom Maclaren. He was very friendly and patient and was able to put her at ease. The memory assessment was thorough and the report was extremely comprehensive and helpful. The prescribed medication is also making a difference. We had to chase on the initial appointment and report so these aspects could be improved. However, we would have no hesitation recommending the clinic.
