I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to your medical facility. I have been visiting your clinic for the past 7–8 years and have always trusted your service. However, this time my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited for almost one hour, yet no one attended to me. I was there for treatment and follow-up, but I was not given proper support. One of the nurses was sitting and using her mobile phone. When I requested assistance, she responded rudely, saying that I had many appointments and must wait. Instead of helping, she showed no concern for my situation. I was told the doctor was waiting for me, yet no one guided me or took my case seriously. The overall attitude and lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress and frustration. This experience is unacceptable, especially from a place I have trusted for many years. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to ensure better service in the future. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response

I would like to sincerely thank Dr Mustafa Hatim Mahesri for the excellent care and attention during my recent visit. The way you listened patiently, explained everything clearly and guided me with confidence made me feel very comfortable. However I am disappointed to learn that Alshaya staff insurance is not being accepted for many important cases such as medicines and ear operations. This is surprising as the same insurance is widely accepted at other hospitals and clinics including NMC, Aster, Noor, and so on I kindly request Prime Medical Center management to look into this matter and do the needful to implement Alshaya staff insurance coverage. Staff and patients deserve equal access to medical services without unnecessary limitations and aligning with other healthcare providers will greatly improve trust and satisfaction.

My wife and I have been visiting Dr. Thomas, Internal Medicine specialist at Emirates Hospital Day Surgery, Motor City, for our regular consultations, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we receive each time. Dr. Thomas is highly professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen to us carefully. He explains everything clearly and ensures we fully understand our health and treatment plans. His friendly and caring approach makes every visit a positive experience. The hospital staff are also very helpful and efficient, making our visits smooth and comfortable every time.
