I would like to share my experience with Dr. Lubna Sallam at Prime Medical Center, which I can best describe in three parts: pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care. Pre-operative I first met Dr. Lubna at 32 weeks pregnant, having recently arrived from the UK and feeling understandably anxious and uncertain about navigating the UAE healthcare system. From the very first consultation, she made me feel completely at ease. She carefully reviewed my previous scans, helped establish a clear plan for delivery, and followed me closely with weekly reviews including ultrasounds and blood tests. Her warm, kind, and reassuring bedside manner made a significant difference during this vulnerable time. Emergency and intra-operative care At 35 weeks, I developed symptoms suggestive of early labour and contacted Dr. Lubna. She promptly assessed me with a CTG and referred me to Prime Hospital for monitoring. During admission, CTG decelerations were identified, and fortunately Dr. Lubna was present and directly involved in reviewing them. A timely decision was made for an emergency Caesarean section. During surgery, she remained calm, communicative, and incredibly reassuring, talking me through each step. This was my third C-section and I had significant adhesions, yet she handled the procedure with great care and precision. I was later informed that my lower uterine segment was extremely thinned, making this a potentially dangerous situation, and I truly believe her prompt decision-making prevented serious complications. Her surgical skill was evident, and she also revised my previous scar, resulting in an excellent aesthetic outcome. Post-operative care What truly sets Dr. Lubna apart is her exceptional aftercare. She personally checked on me after surgery, maintained communication via messages, and ensured I felt supported throughout recovery. When I developed diarrhoea post-operatively, she took the extra step of extending my hospital stay to ensure I was stable before discharge, which I deeply appreciated. At follow-up, she carefully assessed my wound and provided excellent guidance on scar management including silicone-based treatments to optimise healing. Overall Dr. Lubna is not only highly skilled and experienced but also genuinely compassionate and attentive. It is rare to find a doctor who proactively checks in on patients rather than the other way around. Despite having an emergency Caesarean section, I felt safe, supported, and in expert hands throughout. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend her to any expectant mother.

Delivery of my medicine from prime pharmacy have also been postponed the next day as they said prescription came after the 2pm cut-off time, why would you put cut-off time for medicine delivery?

However, the waiting time needs to be shorter. Sometimes the wait is from 40 minutes to a full hour to see the doctor. I kindly ask you to improve the waiting time.
