This is about my visit to motor city branch. Being pregnant, i reach the branch in morning for some blood tests, and come to know that i have to pay 20% copay, when it should have been covered 100% if the nurse had correctly entered it under “maternity”. I request the receptionist to get someone to rectify this and his response is that there is no one available, no contact number of the nurse or doctor to talk to, no alternative person who can rectify the insurance request, no intention to help at all. I go back home and request the call centre to get this blood tests cancelled so that i can proceed to another hospital due to the inconvenience i faced at prime, which is also not done after calling the customer care several times, the only answer i get is the nurse who entered is not on duty. So basically there is no alternate person to handle medical requests and the patient has to wait for the nurse to come back with no information on when she will. God forbid, it is an emergency, there is no person to help. I came to motor city branch because i used to see the doctor at other branch and wanted to continue with him, but this branch made my experience very inconvenient and disappointing. Also i made a complain through the customer care too, to which they said there will be an investigation and i will get a response within 24hrs, which i did not. I think same will happen with this feedback too!

Dear prime teams, I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction regarding the repeated and unacceptable delays in issuing my sick leave certificate at Prime Medical Center Al Qusais. This is not an isolated incident. The same issue has occurred multiple times, which clearly indicates a pattern of inefficiency and lack of accountability in your administrative processes. Despite completing consultations and complying with all requirements, I am repeatedly left waiting for a document that should be issued promptly and without complication. Such delays are not only unprofessional but also directly impact my professional commitments, putting me in a difficult position with my employer due to no fault of my own. It is unacceptable that patients must repeatedly follow up for something that is a basic part of your service. I expect my sick leave certificate to be issued immediately without any further delay. Additionally, I require a clear explanation for these recurring lapses and concrete steps your management will take to ensure this does not happen again. Please be advised that if this matter is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the complaint to the relevant health authorities and formally raise concerns regarding the standard of administrative services provided.

راح اتكلم بكل امانه عن شغل الدكتور. ماشاءالله ماشالله دحلت عنده بعد مابخثت عن افضل دكتورللانف لان كان عندي مشكله وهيه انحراف في غظروف الانف مم كان مسبب لي مشكله انعواج في شكل الانف. وسبحان الله وبي سخر لي هالدكتور بحيث اني مارحت لاي استشاره عند دكتور غيره لاني اول مادخلت عنده وشاف حالتي كان جدا امين معاي وكان جدا امين في تقيم حالتي لاني بعدني بعمر صغير نصحني ما اسوي اي تجميل في شكل الانف وقالي ان واح يعدل لي من شكل الانف بحيث يرجع العضروف لمكانه الصحيح بتدحل جراحي بسيط. طلعت من عنده بعد اول مراجعه وعلى طول اعتمدته بحيث اسوي عنده العمليه والحمدلله بفضل تسهيل رب العالمين وتعاون الدكتور خلال اسبوع حدد لي العمليه وعملتها. والحين كملت اسبوع من العمليه اللهم لك الحمد . النتيجه سححر تسلم ايده النتيجه واضيه عنها بنسبه كبيره جدا ، ومش مصدقه كيف صار شكل انفي ،. شكرا شكرا دكتور منوال. الله يدخل الفرحه لقلبك مثل ماتدخل الفرحه في قلوب مراجعينك من النتايج اللي يشوفنها بعد شغلك 🪄 .، شكرا

The sickness was due to Viral Fever cough and cold. At home we started giving generic medicine like paracetamol, couch syrup, nebulizer that was prescribed last time by Paediatric doctor and was available from the last lot. We wanted to keep same medicine handy for the night and for next day plus to take next day doctor's note to take rest. But doctor said will not give those medicine you come again if he gets nose block or cough etc. Doctor was too egoistic and was showing sign that I know everything don't tell me what earlier you did with other doctor etc. She was not just rude but was never cooperating. Nothing specific but did not feel good after the visit like we feel with every other prime doctors in past 7 years. We decide not to visit the same doctor in future to avoid unnecessary complicacy.

I have had such a disappointing experience at the prime medical ajman branch with Dr. HUSSAIN ISMAIL , as soon i entered the room the doctor’s mood was very bad and his attitude was very rude, as a patient i was already not feeling well and he made my mental health & my mood so low & down, this is not a way a professional doctor should be behaving! No patient deserves to be treated this way, i will make sure i take my complaint to the Ministry Of Health & if needed i will take it to higher authorities ! I seriously believe the doctor should be called out for his behaviour & he should have the self realization of his mistake & apologize from his wholeheart & honesty! I need a positive reply as soon as possible, looking forward , thankyou!

I have one point only on the reception staff except one Arabic beautiful was so helpful and friendly and has nice smile the rest no smile no welcoming and I noticed they are new.
