This is the second time I’ve undergone a dental procedure with Dr. Sanjay, and without hesitation, I can say he is the best dentist I’ve had in the UAE. I’ve been working here for over a decade, and for most of that time, I avoided dental procedures altogether because of several bad experiences in the past. Despite the advanced facilities, I often felt that many dentists were not properly trained, and that fear stayed with me for years. That changed after my first visit with Dr. Sanjay. For the first time, I felt confident, safe, and genuinely cared for as a patient. His skill, professionalism, and attention to detail completely restored my trust. That experience alone was the reason I came back and why I chose Prime Medical BurJuman Mall branch again. Dr. Sanjay didn’t just treat my teeth; he changed how I feel about dental care in the UAE. The gynecologist was very professional and competent. However, the payment staff was unprofessional and disappointing. They were laughing and chatting among themselves while I was waiting. I had to wait more than 30 minutes despite having an appointment, because no one was supervising the order of service, and other patients were seen before me. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not be returning
