During both the pigtail procedure and my major surgery, he made sure I felt safe and at ease. He closely monitored my recovery and ensured I was connected with the appropriate doctors for my continued treatment, which I truly appreciated. You are truly an angel on earth, and because of you, I am able to welcome 2026 with a healed lung and a thankful heart.

I am absolutely happy with the Dr and his approach to the patients , he is pleasant , down to earth and excellent diagnostic capabilities, 5 star for him. Having said that what is most disappointing is waiting at Pharmacy , It took almost an hour for me to get my medication while Dr consultation took just 15 minutes . Multiple things I have observed at pharmacy dispensing counters. Not quick actions to handle such huge crowd , No empathy to the customers . Not a single happy face I could see around . You must consider looking at means to improve average customer handling times and I am sure that can be done for an organisation like Prime

The clinic and hospital provide excellent OB-GYN care. The doctor is highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, which explains the high demand for her services. Although there can sometimes be a long queue, the quality of care and attention given to each patient makes the wait worthwhile. Knowing very well that there would be some rush after the holidays, number of cashiers would have been added to avoid big queues. Also, just an idea maybe to look into long process in the system. Sometimes it really takes long for the cashier to close a query what are they looking into is anyone's guess.

All the staff were very accomodating. The Filipina nurse who did my ultrasound thyroid check was cery professional, she introduced herself and explained the procedure ahe was about to do during the ultrasound check. She prepared everything and made sure I was comfortable.
