I have been visiting Prime Medical Center for some time, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Salam, who is truly an outstanding doctor and one of the best doctors I have encountered. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the conduct of some front-desk staff members. Specifically, the Arab cashier staff member, as well as the Arab and Filipino male staff at reception, demonstrated unprofessional behavior. The manner in which they communicated with patients was not appropriate and did not reflect the expected standard of service. As an employee of Air Arabia, our company has an agreement with the insurance provider, and Prime is one of our main clinics. As oer the normal process I can get a referal letter from any GP doctor in your clinic to see a specialist However, I was repeatedly informed that I needed to obtain a referral number directly from the insurance company . I would like to thank the local lady seated in the cashier area who took the initiative to assist me by checking directly with the doctor and obtaining the referral letter. Even after Dr. Rayan issued the referral, the Arab staff member refused to proceed with my registration, and the local staff member had to handle the registration herself. I hope this matter will be taken into consideration and reviewed to ensure a better patient experience in the future.

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Hussain Ismail, who treated me during our visit to Prime Medical Centre Ajman on 08 February. From the very start, Dr. Hussain was calm, attentive, and extremely thorough. He took the time to properly assess my condition and, most importantly, was very mindful of the fact that I am a heart patient. This level of awareness immediately gave me confidence and reassurance. He carefully reviewed my medical history and current medications, and made sure that the treatment and medications he prescribed would not interfere with my existing heart medications. His approach was both cautious and well-informed, striking the right balance between treating my immediate condition effectively while prioritizing my long-term health and safety. Your call centre team is completely pathetic. I called regarding to book an appointment at Burjuman branch. The lady didn’t booked and appointment for me and didn’t even mentioned what time to reach by maximum for walking to the hospital it was just only mentioned doctor is available till 10pm. Mr. Naeem Uddin mentioned as manager of call centre with the attitude voice claiming it’s not our problem and you can’t blame us. It’s to be understood to walk in by 9pm So do you think the patient is a god and will get a dream to reach by maximum 9. If the slots are not available I didn’t forced to book an appointment for me I would have simply walk to another hospital. Despite of this Mr Naeem Uddin is showing me an attitude instead of an resolution, So the prime medical health centre treats the patients in such a manner??? If this is an attitude there are other hospital and clinics. I would like to get an apology call or necessary actions to be taken against such negative behaviour. Thanks to Mr. Nilesh and reception boy I don’t know his name he was Filipino at 9;30 shift please give him 5star he helped and get my consultation done

I recently visited Prime Medical for an emergency consultation for severe migraine and was attended by Dr. Shipra. From a clinical standpoint, her approach was thorough, well-structured, and highly professional. She demonstrated strong diagnostic acumen, promptly assessed the condition, and initiated appropriate management without delay. Throughout the process, she maintained clear and precise communication, ensuring that all necessary interventions were carried out efficiently. Her calm demeanor under pressure and adherence to sound clinical judgment were particularly reassuring in an emergency setting. I don’t where to start. Been here a couple of times and from my experience been really good with all support staff from, chemotherapy dept, especially not forget Ms Eidth, who was kind and supportive and explained the process clearly. They make sure to calm the patient. My doctor Mr.Alawi is also been very knowledgeable and clarifying all queries and been through my journey of treatment. All nurses including head nurse and Anisha , was very careful while inserting canula and handling patients. Every staff make sure to comfort the patient and take genuine good care of them. I would surely recommend this place to all who wish to undergo chemotherapy in Dubai. I thank team for their dedication and kindness.

I went there to do the next checkup after taking all the medicines, before I came I have asked if it is okay to change the doctor since my previous doctor is on leave so they gave another but that new one is not clear with everything she just wasted my time going and paying the fees. She asked me to lay down coz she wanted to check but suddenly changed her mind and rescheduled me again . I supposed to have another ultrasound on the same day too but nothing happened.. she was in hurry and even asked me to go in without checking my bp and other stats first. She just read my previous results even if I already knew it and im totally clear about it

1) though my number was updated in the system calls are being made to my fathers number whose number was initially provided. The profile doesnt seem to be detached. We were told that both profiles were updated. 2 ) Where appointment calls or report calls or follow up calls are received, returning the call is very difficult as mostly the main board number is shown and contacting the number is not an option in such an event. For instance my father keeps on getting calls related to my appointment and if he is not able to confirm (being at work etc) when I am asked to call back it is difficult.

The experience at the primary medical center today was not satisfactory. We waited for over an hour for approval for my wife’s blood test, but the approval never came. As a result, our time was wasted. When we approached the staff, they attempted to contact the concerned department via a landline for approval; however, there was no response, as no one answered the calls. I also tried calling multiple times without success. Ultimately, the entire visit was spent waiting for medical approval, making the overall experience disappointing

CT Angiogram: Dr Ramy is great! calm and explains everything and his report is very high quality. Dexa scan body fat analysis: poor experience: the machine and output is great. but the written report is very low quakity. it says BMI and whether over weight or underweight, etc. well i can tell that using bathroom scale. i don’t need a. dexa scan for that. Dexa can tell fat free mass index and apendicuksr mass index and visceral fat and t score for BMD. none of that is discussed.
