Compared to the overall positive experience I’ve had with your hospital, I must express my concern about a recent incident involving your front office registration staff. (near the escalator) Your registration team needs to be more engaging, transparent, and honest — particularly when asking patients to sign documents. I have been visiting your hospital for over a year now, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. During my recent visit, I was asked to sign on an electronic pad. When I inquired about it, the young lady at the counter, dressed in a black abaya, informed me that it was “just to update your records.” However, later that evening, I received a consent form by email that already contained my electronic signature. This is a serious breach of trust and professionalism. Actions like these can undermine the reputation of an otherwise reputable organization. I am confident that this may have been the action of an individual or a few staff members, but I urge you to address this matter seriously to prevent any recurrence. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

During my recent visit, I encountered an issue with the reception staff handling registration. The staff member appeared visibly stressed, was unable to communicate effectively, and behaved in a manner that came across as rude. He handed me the tablet and pen without saying a word, expecting me to sign. When I asked what the signature was for, he impatiently replied, “It’s consent.” I requested a copy of the consent form, but he refused. Upon reading the form, I noticed it included a declaration stating that I had received a copy. When I pointed this out, he became frustrated and began asking others around him how to print the form. After a long wait, and with the help of a colleague, he eventually managed to print it. I’ve always known Prime staff to be friendly and helpful, and I understand this may be an isolated incident. However, I believe it’s important to address this to ensure a consistently positive experience for all patients.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr Ujam! From my very first consultation for Blepharoplasty surgery to my post-op follow-ups, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Mr Ujam is not only highly skilled, but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. He has such a calming voice and took the time to explain every step of my procedure. This really put me at ease and he answered all my questions thoroughly. His calm demeanour made me feel comfortable before the procedure and even throughout, he was talking me through how it was going, continuously checking if I was ok. The surgery went amazingly well, I look literally ten years younger! I have had lots of compliments and am literally over the moon! I would highly recommend Mr Ujam to anyone looking for a trustworthy surgeon to perform a Blepharoplasty. Defo left a spring in my step!!!!

I came for an eye check up. I was prescribed a 97 dirhams per box for 20 vials eye solution for 3 months there fore 3 boxes. This for a simple eye moisturizer . It’s horrible to prescribe something so expensive for a simple moisturizing solution for the eyes. Even though it’s insurance covered I was told to pay aed 50. Why are you’ll taking advantage of a patient. I raised the issue with the Prime pharmacist who immediately changed the prescription and consulted the doctor for the prescription. Please donot take advantage of insurance covers .

I can say that Dr. Yarub is excellent in the field of dentistry, he was able to treat a severe infection in my tooth & abscess. Instead of extracting, he saved it using five procedures, including Incision & Drainage of Abscess, Wound Debridement & Suturing, Apicoectomy, Bone Graft, and Root Canal. It’s impressive that he was able to cure the severe infection in my tooth within a week. All the staff are kind especially the receptionist Mimi who quickly responds whenever I have questions.

I would like to share my concern regarding the long waiting time and overall experience during my recent visit. I had to wait for approximately 40 minutes before being attended to just get injection .In addition, I was charged extra without prior clarification, which was quite disappointing. This is not the first time I have experienced delays — the waiting time for doctors and other formalities is consistently long. It gives the impression that patients’ time is not valued or respected.
