After 3 failed IVF cycles in other clinics, my hopes of getting pregnant were close to zero. After a friend recommended I meet Dr Moses, I walked out of his office after the first consultation with renewed hope that with his different approach and confidence, we may have a breakthrough in our treatment. All of my expectations were exceeded every step of the way - more eggs retrieved and fertilised than ever before - and finally some embryos reaching blastocyst stage. We were lucky enough to have a successful first transfer and I am now 19 weeks pregnant. None of this would have been possible without Dr Moses and nurse Sathya - their care has been incredible and we are so grateful to both of them for helping us achieve our dream of completing our family. I would recommend Dr Moses and Sathya to anyone embarking on IVF treatment or in need of a fresh approach where treatment has failed elsewhere. Their team Tala and Waed are also amazing and complete the amazing support system offered by Al Moosa IVF.

The experience was a good one. But the front desk registration service was a very poor experience. The staff who attended the registration process uses their local language to tease the person who is in front of him for the service. We are coming to the hospital sector with difficulties. Treat them politely or in a welcoming manner is very important. If they don’t have that manners advise to do so. Moreover about the security services over there was another disaster. If any client attending the clinic asking for any question he should also treat them in proper way. Here what we experienced is the security staff over there will not move from the spot where he is standing . If any body needed a wheelchair assistance then how he wl know. These two services experienced was very bad. Otherwise I don’t have any comments on other departments Thanks

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sanchit and the nursing team. Dr. Sanchit was extremely friendly, calm, and patient. He explained everything clearly and assisted us with great care and kindness. What I appreciated most was that, unlike many doctors who are quick to prescribe medicines, Dr. Sanchit first gave us confidence and guidance on how we could improve and overcome the issue naturally, without immediately relying on medication. His approach was very reassuring. A special mention to Nurse Jimcy at the Deira branch. She is incredibly friendly, caring, and provides such personal attention. I was advised by the call center to come as walk in patient, but I didn't expect that I would have to wait almost two hours to see the doctor. I understand that patients with appointments need to be prioritized, but the waiting time for walk in patients should be communicated clearly. I would suggest that the call center should avoid advising patients to come as walk in when there are already a large number of booked appointment. I hope this can be improved to provide a better experience for walk in patients.
