Very badly organised prime medical center which i have visited. The staff in the reception tries to teach you when you tell any complaint. No nurse at the doctor’s room to inform whose turn is next. Afterall when everyone is waiting, some random person will come from nowhere and go inside the room. When you ask about it, they say priority appointment. But when we ask what is priority appointment nonody knows. Very badly organised. And reception staff also not polite enough to explain things properly. And regarding appointment, i had appointment which was booked in the application and when i came to the reception it was not there and i think they removed and was asking for message which i didnt receive. I had to booked one appointment for future just to show him that we normally dont receive any message when we book appointment in the app. Very bad experience from this branch.

Doctor prescribed two optical glasses, one progressive lenses for far sighting and reading, and the second was a working distance lenses. After getting the two pairs from the optics shop , the progressive one worked fine but the Second for working distance the vision is blurry and I am not able to use because the doctors prescription turned out to be incorrect as he admitted himself. This was really frustrating as I payed a large sum of money for the lenses. I revisited the doctor and he realized that it’s his mistake once he checked the prescription and compared by the measurements he wrote down in my file. I did new lenses with correct measurements and I had paid again as the optician shop the wrong measurements is not covered under warranty. I request a compensation on double pay!

I was made to wait for about an hour and I had to pay AED 800 + medicine for a 5 minute consultation with the dentist after being redirected by the ENT specialist because they didn’t think that my ear pain was due to infection but rather due to something related to my jaw. The dentist suggested I get a mouth guard, which would have been another AED 2500 out of pocket, to which I said I would get back to them after talking to insurance. All in all, I came back from the hospital with just pain medication which was not covered by my insurance and no solution for my hurting ear. Will not be coming back. All staff however were very polite and helpful.

This was the most disappointing visit I had with Prime, not because of the staff or the doctor, but because of the waiting time. My appointment was at 6PM. We arrived at 5:30PM and was able to register by 5:39PM. I had my turn with the doctor at 7:10PM. What is the sense of having appointment if it will not be followed? Come on! You can do better than this. We are all expats here. You should have known better than time is very expensive. I left my job early so that I could attend to my appointment on time. And that means giving up part of my salary pay only to be delayed for more than one hour!
