I honestly cannot thank Dr. Sarah and the team at My London Skin Clinic enough for what they have done for me. When I first came for a consultation, I had severe spacing and flaring of my teeth. I had seen several dentists before, and many of them either told me my case was too difficult or advised against treatment altogether. After years of feeling self-conscious about my smile, I had almost given up hope of ever fixing it. From the very beginning, Dr. Sarah was different. She took the time to listen, carefully assess my case, and explain a treatment plan that gave me confidence for the first time. She never made unrealistic promises, but she reassured me that with patience and commitment, we could achieve a great result. The journey took almost two years with aligners, and while it required patience, every step was worth it. Throughout the process, Dr. Sarah and her team were incredibly supportive, professional, and attentive. Today, I can proudly say that the results have exceeded all my expectations. My teeth are now beautifully aligned, the spacing has been closed, and the flaring has been corrected. The transformation has not only changed my smile but also my confidence and quality of life. Prime hospital doctors and nurses are very helpful and the turnover time for me being a breast cancer and spine tumour surgery patient in recovery - absolutely amazing! Very helpful admin. Staff. The physiotherapy team in Prime Clinic Barsha are amazing too and helped me all again after spine surgery! God bless them all. The only complaint I have is the coordination between the Prime hospital insurance team and the Insurance companies of the patients. I have had to follow up on pending claims every week since April and that’s very stressful for a patient in recovery and undergoing treatment like myself. I shouldn’t have to follow up on claims every Friday when my chemo is on Saturday. There should be better coordination and communication between them so us patients can be stress free and focus on healing and not drown in anxiety for claims. Other than that, god bless all the personnel who looked after me since November 2025. Thank you for everything 🙏🏻

Visit was good but insurance department of prime is very bad. Doctor have prescribed for a basic blood test and the have just rejected it without a reason. I believe doctor wont suggest for blood test without a valid reason. If that is not approved by the internal department of prime( already contacted the insurance provider and confirmed it should be approved by prime only) i dont see a reason other than making money
