I am very disappointed with the service I have received. Regarding my medical condition, I consulted the doctor, and the doctor requested several blood tests and other investigations. However, once the test results were available, I only received a call from a nurse who simply informed me that everything was okay. She was unable to provide a proper explanation of my blood test results or answer any of my questions. When I asked for more information, I was told that if I wanted to discuss the reports in detail, I would need to return to the clinic for another consultation. This is not acceptable, especially since the test results take about one week to become available, while the consultation fee only covers one week. As a result, I am expected to pay for another consultation just to understand the reports that the doctor originally requested. I kindly request that this issue be resolved. The doctor who ordered my tests should review the results with me, explain the findings, and answer all of my questions related to my blood reports and any other test results without requiring an unnecessary additional consultation. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution. Thank you

Dr Mary is a very nice doctor, knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to, as well as her nurse. The receptionist also was very kind to me. Only the scan was a bit inconvenient because i have to go back in a week, instead of finishing it on the day of visit. All other branches are booked as well, though one option was OASIS mall branch, which i went to before, but may not accept me as i was told they accept only their own patients. The clinic should consider additional ultrasound rooms at least. Some pain may not go with just medicines which we may prescribe empirically until we find out the cause of said pain.

Each time I visit Prime Medical Center, my experience is comforting and very supportive. The nurse, reception, cashier staff all are absolutely great. Friendly and welcoming. The over all approach has always been to make the visit as comfortable as possible Dr. Anuradha as always is super supportive and precise with her approach. She is not only friendly and warm, she knows exactly what she is doing. I am highly grateful over all. P. S. The new reception staff need some more training and they need to warm up to the visitors. i am so upset with the pharmacy in motor city, when i did a follow up on my pending medicine, the one from the pharmacy who answered my call got upset! He said they are calling me 1time and no answer, then i ask him i am andwering but i cant hear any voice. Then tried to call back on the number bit it is unreachable. He acting like its my fault, then i told him why nobody teied to call me again after that. and he gets more upset! worst staff and customer service from the whole Prime that i have been. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
