Prime hospital doctors and nurses are very helpful and the turnover time for me being a breast cancer and spine tumour surgery patient in recovery - absolutely amazing! Very helpful admin. Staff. The physiotherapy team in Prime Clinic Barsha are amazing too and helped me all again after spine surgery! God bless them all. The only complaint I have is the coordination between the Prime hospital insurance team and the Insurance companies of the patients. I have had to follow up on pending claims every week since April and that’s very stressful for a patient in recovery and undergoing treatment like myself. I shouldn’t have to follow up on claims every Friday when my chemo is on Saturday. There should be better coordination and communication between them so us patients can be stress free and focus on healing and not drown in anxiety for claims. Other than that, god bless all the personnel who looked after me since November 2025. Thank you for everything 🙏🏻

Received the sick leave certificate not signed nor stamped. Was told to go to the doctor to get it signed but she was already gone by the time I finished my treatment. White this might seem like a minor inconvenience, my experience at thumbay made be used to getting my sick leave certificate signed and stamped immediately, so this was really annoying. One nurse, while friendly and nice, was unprofessional. She couldn't inject the needle properly and ended up splashing my blood on my hand. Sure she was nice but I would never ever trust this level of service with my life. My experience with injections at thumbay was seamless. None of this splashing happened, and they never told me my veins are too small to deal with. Prime can make use of benchmarking studies. And the sick leave certificate process can be optimized.

The doctor treated me with racism, and I was in severe pain. I have an abscess, but he didn’t give me any medication or treatment at all. I even showed him a paper with blood, explaining that my case is serious, but he just threw it aside and behaved in a very disrespectful way. I don’t understand how a doctor like this can continue working. After that, I went to Rashid Hospital for my problem.
