ACOC never fails to deliver the best care to its patients. I have been having my scans, consultations, and, most recently, my radiation treatment at this center, and not once have they failed me with their service. They are consistent in the genuine care, support, and, most especially, the love they give to their patients. I can personally testify to this! I recently completed 28 sessions of radiation, and throughout those sessions, they never made me feel like I was even a cancer patient. They are so warm and welcoming that sometimes you almost forget that you are there for treatment. In fact, there were days when I thought I was at a party because everyone was smiling, everyone greeted me, and everyone made me feel like they knew me. That kind of warmth means so much, especially when you are going through something as difficult as cancer treatment. A very special thank you to Dr. Ritu, Ms. Abegail, Faith, Christy, Annabelle, Farhana, Victoria, Ferm, Nilanka, Biju, Michael, the wonderful ladies at the reception, and everyone else who has been part of my journey. You made my almost two months of treatment lighter, easier, and so much better. If all doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff treated their patients the way you do, patients would feel safe and cared for wherever they receive treatment. Having cancer is already heavy enough. But ACOC always does its best to make that burden a little lighter through the care, kindness, encouragement, and love they give their patients. I never thought I would say this, but since I started my treatment at ACOC, I actually looked forward to going to my treatment sessions! That alone says so much about the people in this center. Thank you for making a difficult season of my life feel lighter. Thank you for reminding me that treatment does not always have to feel frightening or lonely. Your smiles, greetings, kindness, and genuine care made such a difference in my journey. Great job to the entire ACOC team! Glory to God for all of you. أنا طالبة طب، وبحكم دراستي عندي خلفية جيدة عن الصحة النفسية، وشفت قبل الدكتور هيثم أطباء نفسيين وايد، لكن بصراحة تجربتي معاه كانت مختلفة عن أي تجربة سابقة. وهالرفيو مب مدحًا للدكتور هيثم شبايك كثر ما إنه مكتوب عشان يمكن يساعد شخص مثلي جرّب أكثر من دكتور وما لقى الدكتور المناسب، ووصل لمرحلة من الإحباط خلته يتردد يحاول مرة ثانية. أنا أتابع عند الدكتور من ثلاث سنين تقريبًا أو أكثر، ومن أكثر الأشياء اللي أقدرها فيه إنه في كل مرة يخليني أحس إني إنسان محتاج للمساعدة وفي مكان آمن، عمره ما خلاني أحس إني “طالبة طب والمفروض تعرفين أكثر”، ولا خلاني أحس إني محتاجة أرجع وأستقصي عن كل معلومة أو دواء يقوله لي عشان أتأكد منه. علمه وخبرته، والأهم طريقة تفكيره ومهاراته في التواصل مع المريض، بنوا عندي مع الوقت ثقة كبيرة فيه وفي قراراته العلاجية. والشي الثاني، على كثر ما عيادته زحمة، من أدخل عنده يكون جلّ انتباهه مصبوب علي،يسمع، يعطيني وقتي، وما يحسسني إني مستعيلة أو إن فيه مريض ثاني ينتظر برا. وهذا بالنسبة لي من أكثر الأشياء اللي تفرقه عن تجاربي السابقة؛ لأنه ما يتعامل مع العلاج النفسي كأنه وصفة ثابتة، يقيّم، يتابع الاستجابة، ويعدل الخطة أو الجرعات إذا احتاجت الحالة، وهذا بالضبط اللي أتوقعه من طبيب نفسي ممتاز. الدكتور هيثم شبايك فعلًا من الأطباء اللي يخلّونك تقول: هذا الإنسان في المكان الصحيح. نحن في عالم كل شيء فيه صار سريع، لكن المريض وخصوصًا المريض النفسي يحتاج دكتور يسمعه بهدوء، يفهمه، ويعطيه المساحة اللي يحتاجها،والدكتور هيثم بالنسبة لي يطبق هذي الأساسيات بحذافيرها. وبصفتي طالبة طب، ما أقدر أختم إلا بهالجملة: لو شافه دكتور الاختبار الشفهي في جامعتنا، عطاه مرتبة الشرف الأولى من دون نقاش.

The professionalism and positive attitude of both the reception team and medical staff made the experience very pleasant. My previous visit was so smooth that was on Monday.. but today Friday it's the worst experience of i had come for treatment I would have left and gone to aster. I have waited for over 1 hour just to see a doctor to interpret my lab resut.s. if there are no doctors it's better to close and inform yhe patients that Friday is off day for all GP doctors. It's really disappointing to wait all this while just to have your results interpreted. Surely this is my worst experience here.
