I have left the appointment with a big disappointment. I was not listened to, dismissing my previous diagnosis and actual mental state. I left with extreme anxiety & depressed, I wanted to scream. My experience in Dubai regarding mental health has been shocking. The approach & treatment of the patient have no regard to how serious mental wellbeing is. I don’t understand why my medications prescriptions are extremely limited to/between 10 days & 29 days. I’m constantly on travels due to work, and I always find myself running out of medication while I’m away, and have no way to get my prescription wherever I am due to insurance coverage to specific medications & doctors’ limitations in UAE. Instead of feeling calm and confident, I have to constantly worry about my next prescription, which leaves me with triple anxiety attacks & feeling more depressed & let down by the lack of care. My insurance does not limit me from a 2 to 3 months prescription approval and blames the doctors & clinics for not providing a lengthy prescription. WHO & how can this be solved. I would love to hear back from you and find a solution to my issue.

The receptionist Syed was very rude. He is not suitable for a receptionist role. Aside from having an unpleasant attitude, his face is not accommodating during times of distress. Instead of de-escalating a scenario, he is provoking the patient. He even pointed his finger and asked to be respected even though he was shouting at me. The security had to intervene and the other receptionists were also shocked by his behavior. He immediately told me that I am not covered even though the eligibility can also be checked using the policy details. I told him that I can help in checking the eligibility details. In some instances, the receptionist call the insurance yo confirm the status and this was not done. He even asked me to tell my insurance to update my EID even though it is linked. This did not happen a few days before when I visited Medcare Hospital which also uses the same eligibility portal. This experience is extremely unpleasant with Prime Medical Centre Al Nahda.

I was crying in pain for two days because of my lower tooth, and I was honestly very scared to see a dentist since I’m afraid of dental procedures. But when I went to Dr. Nagender, he reassured me that the root canal would be a pain-free procedure and he truly meant it. The procedure was much better than I expected. I didn’t feel pain, just slight vibration from the machine, which is completely manageable. Dr. Nagender was calm, gentle, and very reassuring throughout the whole treatment. A big thank you as well to Ms. Connie for taking such good care of me and making me feel comfortable. And to Ms. Janine for assisting and booking my next appointment smoothly. I really appreciate the warm and accommodating staff. Highly recommend Dr. Nagender if you’re having any tooth problems, especially if you’re scared like me. They truly care about their patients. Well recommended 2 doctors at Prime medical Mitocity 1/ Dr Nivas Aboobakeunju ( GP ) from the first time visit now we the whole families become his pateints for yearly check up 2/ doctor Sidaruk Cadiolgy department came for second opinion turn out prefer to see him for yearly check up . They both Very friendly and take time for the pateint . The nurses are very friendly & well care the pateint . Price for selfpay is very reasonable as a couple of tests nowadays are not cover by insurance base on their policy . Many thanks to both Doctors and Nurses !

RT staffs are very accommodating and kind and friendly specially to Ms Abe. Transportation was free and really appreciate it, but it’s still important for the team to be mindful of patients welfare . Driver doesn’t need to put loudspeaker while arguing with their manager. pick up/drop off points are provided and why on the change of Driver patient asked last minute to walk on nerby location, when he already said where he is stopping? Meanwhile previous drivers Dinesh and Vipin understood and do well their job? Keep safe everyone!!

I came to the clinic via a geoupon for a different treatment and was almost sure I wouldnt do my botox there as I had a (long) problem with Spock brows that Docs in London striggled with. Talking w Doc Elham made me feel confident enough to try and she fixed it in one go! Am very greatful as it really bothered me. Went back for the full three areas now and today at day 2 looks also good. Too early for a review for that but fixing the Spock is defo proof she is a very skilled doctor with good eyes for symmetry.
