Date: October 6, Tuesday, 11:20 - 11:40am I would like to formally raise a concern regarding my experience at your facility today. I arrived at the facility with my laboratory request already pre-approved. Upon arrival, the reception staff took my details and I waited for approximately 15 minutes. As there was no update or indication that my request was being processed, I approached the reception desk again to follow up. The staff member informed me that she was still checking my file. I explained that my laboratory procedures had already been pre-approved and asked what specifically still needed to be checked. It was only at this point that she appeared to begin reviewing my records. Approximately five minutes later, I was finally endorsed to the cashier for the next step. This is not my first time having laboratory procedures done at this facility, so I am familiar with the usual process and the expected turnaround time for these procedures. My concern is not simply the waiting time, but the lack of transparency regarding what was actually happening during that time. When I went back to ask for an explanation, the staff member stated that she had two existing patients to attend to. I understand that staff may have multiple patients to handle at the same time. However, if that was the reason for the delay, it would have been more appropriate to communicate this honestly rather than tell me that my records were being checked when they apparently were not yet being processed. Furthermore, during our conversation, the staff member spoke to me in a raised and rude tone. I believe that regardless of how busy the facility may be, patients should be treated with professionalism and courtesy. The delay was also particularly concerning because laboratory procedures may require fasting. The fasting period is time-sensitive, and unnecessary delays in processing can potentially cause a patient to exceed the required fasting window and consequently affect the ability to proceed with the laboratory procedure. In my case, this information was not asked or considered during the initial processing, which could have resulted in me missing the appropriate fasting period. I would also like to raise a separate concern regarding the staff member handling the parking pass. The gentleman wearing an orange vest, who was seated in the corner, asked for my parking details in what I found to be a rude and dismissive manner. He did not look at me while speaking and, after I provided my plate number, responded with an unprofessional "yeah" without clearly confirming whether the information had been received or properly recorded. His overall manner of communication was not appropriate for a patient-facing role. I understand that staff members can be busy and that there may be operational challenges behind the scenes. However, patients should still be provided with clear communication, reasonable consideration for time-sensitive procedures such as fasting laboratory tests, and professional and respectful treatment. I am raising this concern not simply because of the delay, but because of the combination of the delay, lack of transparency, and manner in which the situation was handled. I hope management can review this incident and address it appropriately with the concerned staff members to prevent similar experiences for other patients. I would appreciate an explanation regarding what caused the delay and what measures will be taken to ensure that patients are properly informed and treated professionally moving forward. From the moment I arrived, everything was very well organized and the team was welcoming, attentive and professional. I had my treatments with Dr. Akshatha (Disha) Dinakar, including dissolving previous lip filler due to some unevenness and lumps, as well as Botox for the upper third of my face. I was honestly surprised by how comfortable everything was — both procedures were completely painless. Dr. Disha was extremely gentle and professional. She explained every step clearly, answered all my questions and made sure I understood what she was doing and what results to expect. I especially appreciated that I never felt rushed or pressured into any additional treatments. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I’m really happy that I chose Dr. Disha and Elemental Day Surgical Center, and I will definitely be coming back for my future treatments. Highly recommended! ❤️

I had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Yaser, 10 days between each 2 sides, and the whole experience was smooth and comfortable. One of the teeth was quite complicated, but Dr. Yaser reassured me that it would be simple—and he was absolutely right. What impressed me most was how gentle and efficient he was. After giving me the anesthesia, he checked if it had fully worked before starting. When he asked if I felt any pain, I said no, and he simply said, “Alright, we’re done.” I honestly thought he had just started, but he had already removed the tooth! Miss Edith from the reception is Very supportive and so nice from the beginning of my treatment until now, although most of them are very welcoming and very nice also. She’s the best. My Doctor and nurses from chemo and radiation are awesome and so we kind hearted. I love ACOC. I wish them continue there warmth attitude to the patients as always, that’s how we get better while treatment. Shout out to Miss Jacky always bringing me the best food always. I ove them. It’s a good thing to end the treatment and to recover but sad to not see them so often as I get my treatment everyday. Fighting ACOC team.
