I am a patient, meaning that I am following up at Al Garhoud Hospital. However, whenever I raise any complaint, mention any illness, or talk about any issue, no matter how minor it may be, they usually conduct a full examination to reassure me both mentally and physically that there are no issues. But in this case, when I mentioned that I was suffering from one, two, three different concerns, he only performed an ear pressure test, and this is what worries me. How can you say that he is a knowledgeable and experienced doctor, and that a special appointment was set for me on Saturday, and I came all this way just to hear the doctor’s opinion? You informed me that he is a specialist and speaks Arabic fluently, and I booked with this doctor so I could communicate comfortably with him. Yet when I arrived at the hospital, I discovered that the doctor cannot actually speak Arabic well, and secondly, I raised my concerns that I cannot hear well and that my hearing cuts off during conversations and gatherings. After he reviewed the initial test results, he did not even conduct any additional examination or make any extra effort. it was a very bad experience, and please do not inform the patient that the doctor is willing to speak Arabic if he does not actually speak it fluently.

I had an excellent experience at Malabar Dental Clinic. Dr. Sumayya was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. I got my cleaning, whitening, and fillings done here. I had a wisdom tooth infection which was identified during one of the visits and later had my wisdom tooth extracted by the specialist at the clinic. Everything was handled smoothly, and the care I received was exceptional. The entire team is friendly, supportive, and genuinely cares about their patients. The doctors are some of the best I've come across, and I can confidently say this is now my family dental clinic. I initially found them online, and I'm so glad I did.
