Dr. Iza Maniego (Reef Mall Branch) is very accommodating and understanding. I am very grateful that I have found a doctor like her. Been to couple of doctors from different nationality and same nationality as mine however it does not feel like they’re compassionate on what they do, it only feels like they’re there because it’s their job. The nurse working in the laboratory who takes blood was very rude and refused to take my token saying that Im late and I have to get a new one. I told her take the patient and I can wait no problem. Then when she was done with the patient and no one was there except me, she called me & told me even local take new token with attitude. What kind of racism is this. I got offended by her as this is called racism. I and my family are your patients from years and aI am disappointed from her face expression. .After what she said. I took my token and left to the reception to complain to the gentleman in the counter. I told him I dont want her to take my blood test and what she did. He immediately got me another nurse to take my blood & promised to take an action. I am highlighting this incident to understand if you are differentiating between expats and locals then let me know so I can change the clinic.The least expected is respect while providing services as this is a private sector and we dont expect to see such staff with such behavior.

Everyone was pleasant enough, the doctor wasn’t as thorough as I thought she would be, she was nice but I wasn’t examined, and I had experienced an allergic reaction to medicine. I wanted to understand what went wrong, is there a specific medication I’m allergic to or is it an, ingredient in the medicine? I needed answers. It was very disappointing. She didn’t touch me test me or examine me, she just decided to put me on tablets. The nurses can’t communicate properly, you ask them a question and they pass it around like a ball and then you end up left hanging there like you’re stupid. 🙌🏾
