Overall, my experience at Prime Hospital was good. The doctor, nurse, and ECG staff were very professional and supportive, and I appreciate their service. However, I would like to highlight an issue regarding the appointment system and customer service. I had a doctor’s appointment scheduled for Tuesday, which was booked two weeks in advance. Normally, I receive a reminder call one day before the appointment, but this time I did not receive any reminder. Because of this, I had to contact customer service to confirm the appointment. I spoke with an agent (Mr. Imran), but I found the interaction to be unhelpful and unprofessional. I tried to explain my situation and asked whether there was a system issue with the reminder calls, but I did not receive a proper clarification. Instead, I was advised that I should remember the appointment without relying on reminders, which is not appropriate as reminder calls are part of the service. Later, when I spoke with another customer service agent, I understood that the information provided earlier was incorrect. I would suggest improving customer service training and ensuring consistent communication, especially regarding appointment reminders, so patients receive accurate and helpful information.

It was my first time meeting Dr. Ziryab Zaki Osman, and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I met him, I felt comfortable and confident in his care. He took the time to explain my condition clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. I had been suffering from severe neck and shoulder pain for a long time. After following Dr. Ziryab’s treatment plan, taking the prescribed medication, and following his advice, I have felt a significant improvement. I would like to share my disappointing experience at Prime Medical Center, BurJuman, regarding the nurse assisting Dr. Srinivas Patnaikuni. I do not know the nurse’s name yet, but I will mention it during my next follow-up visit. The behavior was highly unprofessional and lacking basic care and empathy toward patients. We waited for almost 3 hours, from 5:36 PM until 8:40 PM, along with our 1.5-year-old baby. During this time, my wife was extremely sick and vomiting continuously, and we urgently needed to see the doctor. Despite the situation, the nurse showed no concern or support and did not handle the situation properly. This was a very bad and stressful experience for my family. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves patient care and staff behavior in the future.
