I first met Dr. Nageena in November 2023, and since then our journey with her has been truly transformative. Dr. Armando is great and very professional. I appreciate his approach and the care he provided during my visit. However, I would like to share some concerns regarding the Nurse Station. They were aware that there was a patient waiting, but they were busy chitchatting on the phone (not work-related), and it took around 5 minutes before they returned my sticker. Additionally, I received a call hours after my visit informing me that I should have waited for the swab result before collecting my medicine. I explained that no one informed me that I needed to wait, but it felt like I was being blamed for leaving, even though there was no clear instruction given. This was quite frustrating and inconvenient. Regarding the nurses in Room 21, they seemed new and a bit inexperienced, as they had difficulty performing the injection and had to inject me twice because the first attempt was unsuccessful, which was quite painful. However, they were polite, kind, and accommodating throughout the process, which I appreciate. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in communication and efficiency at the Nurse Station and in ensuring proper patient guidance and support.

We started with professional teeth cleaning and teeth whitening. Then i had composite bonding on my front teeth to fix small gaps and uneven edges. The results were so natural and beautifully done. To complete my smile makeover, Dr Sarah also replaced an old filling and did a dental crown to strengthen one of my back teeth. Everything was completely pain free, and the attention to detail is what amazed me. The clinic is modern, spotless and truly feels like one of the top dental clinics back in London. I especially appreciated how Dr Sarah explained everything because i usually get nervous seeing doctors. I feel like i can smile again and so happy i chose Dr Sarah for my treatment, she combined cosmetic dentistry with true skill and artistry.
