It’s been almost 12 years now since I first met Dr. Thomas Abraham, and that meeting has been a true blessing in my life. One of my friends and colleagues introduced me to him at a time when I was feeling extremely weak and tired every day. Before meeting Dr. Thomas, I had visited another doctor near my home, who prescribed several strong medicines for high cholesterol and uric acid without proper diagnosis. Despite following the treatment, my tiredness only increased. When I went back to that doctor to explain how I felt, he became upset and told me I wasn’t taking my medicines properly, which left me feeling even more confused and helpless. It was then that my friend suggested I see Dr. Thomas. From the very first consultation, I could feel a difference. He carefully looked at all the medicines I had been prescribed earlier and was quite surprised. He advised me to stop all of them and come back after a week. He also recommended a few tests and to my surprise, he found that my actual issue was not cholesterol or uric acid, but a severe Vitamin D deficiency. That accurate diagnosis changed everything for me. From that day onwards, my journey with Dr. Thomas began, and over the years, he has become more like a family member than just a doctor. He listens patiently, explains everything clearly, and prescribes only what is truly needed. I genuinely believe Dr. Thomas Abraham is a doctor with divine blessings someone who has been gifted with the ability to diagnose and treat with both wisdom and compassion. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to meet such a kind and dedicated person. I pray that God continues to bless him abundantly in all that he does.

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to your medical facility. I have been visiting your clinic for the past 7–8 years and have always trusted your service. However, this time my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited for almost one hour, yet no one attended to me. I was there for treatment and follow-up, but I was not given proper support. One of the nurses was sitting and using her mobile phone. When I requested assistance, she responded rudely, saying that I had many appointments and must wait. Instead of helping, she showed no concern for my situation. I was told the doctor was waiting for me, yet no one guided me or took my case seriously. The overall attitude and lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress and frustration. This experience is unacceptable, especially from a place I have trusted for many years. Visiting Dr. Samar was the best decision I’ve made! We have been transferred from alrahmaniya mall branch with little information and not very good handling of our case. There was a requirement of root canal procedure for my 13 year old daughter. Dr Samir was amazing and performed a smooth handling of the procedure for a child with warmth, care, and most importantly experience and knowledge! I had my reroot canal done by Dr. Yousef and it was the best experience i’ve had with a dentist. He talked me through everything and explained to me why I feel pain and how he will move forward with the treatment. My pain instantly disappeared after my first appointment and I feel so much better now that I could finally sleep at night with no pain. I have been here for specialized MRIs about 5 times in the last 8 months. Without exception the staff are highly professional, warm, make sure I am comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed, lovely artwork in the main waiting area. The driver service is especially nice as I am not comfortable driving to/from the multiple medical appointments I have each month. My doctor appreciates the excellent t quality of the mRI to monitor my treatments.
