I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the lab during my recent visit. I was informed that I would need to wait approximately 30 minutes, as I would be accommodated in between scheduled appointments. I understood this and agreed to wait. However, I ended up waiting for almost two hours while experiencing significant pain in my lower abdomen, which was the reason for my clinic visit. During this time, I was instructed to drink a large amount of water and continued waiting in discomfort. Despite the staff being aware that I was in pain and seeing my condition, I was repeatedly ignored and not given any updates or assistance. I understand that clinics can be busy, but waiting for such an extended period while in pain, without proper communication or consideration, was very distressing. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and service provided. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve patient care in the future.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my first BBL (BroadBand Light) face treatment with Kaye! After just two session, the dryness of my skin is completely gone, and my skin now has a beautiful, healthy glow. Very badly organised prime medical center which i have visited. The staff in the reception tries to teach you when you tell any complaint. No nurse at the doctor’s room to inform whose turn is next. Afterall when everyone is waiting, some random person will come from nowhere and go inside the room. When you ask about it, they say priority appointment. But when we ask what is priority appointment nonody knows. Very badly organised. And reception staff also not polite enough to explain things properly. And regarding appointment, i had appointment which was booked in the application and when i came to the reception it was not there and i think they removed and was asking for message which i didnt receive. I had to booked one appointment for future just to show him that we normally dont receive any message when we book appointment in the app. Very bad experience from this branch.

I was with my husband, I am pregnant and staff at cash counter Fahad Palekar was very rude and disrespectfull, he was literally shouting at us for not being available when token came we requested him as we had multiple appointments and there was rush. So we sat on other side it took a while to come till cash counter . Moreover the cashier showed us his batch to go ahead and put complaint . He need to be polite with patients. This was raffle surprising and not at all acceptable behaviour

The hospital services were excellent. When I met the doctor, he understood my issue immediately, and the X-ray results confirmed exactly what he explained. He prescribed medicines and a gel, which really helped with my recovery, and I am feeling much better now. One thing I noticed was that the recommended calcium medicine was different from what I received, and I was a bit confused about whether it was changed. Apart from this, the overall treatment and care were fantastic.

I dont know why i paid for the consultation as this was a follow up. 1st time was 3mins with the doctor he gave medicine and some tests i cam saturday 8:40pm and next Saturday exact after 7 days i had follow up. He just asked how i feel and continue the medicine. When i asked what triggered the allergy he just said leave thst and follow the medication i paid twice for 5 mins and this advice.
