Dear Prime Management Team, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the doctor who examined my seven-year-old daughter during her recent appointment at your medical centre. Unfortunately, the doctor’s manner towards my daughter was extremely harsh, insensitive, and completely inappropriate when dealing with a child of her age. He addressed her using hurtful statements such as, “You are not in pain” and “You are lying.” He also told her, “If you do not stay still and keep moving, I will inject you.” This behaviour frightened my daughter and made her feel unsafe instead of reassuring her and treating her with patience, understanding, and compassion. Accusing a young child of lying and threatening her with an injection is professionally and ethically unacceptable. It does not reflect the level of care expected from a doctor or a reputable healthcare provider. His manner towards me as her mother was also very dismissive and disrespectful, and I did not feel that he showed any understanding or consideration for my concerns regarding my daughter. I left the appointment extremely upset and dissatisfied. I will not accept my daughter being treated in this manner under any circumstances. Therefore, I request that Prime conduct an immediate and thorough investigation into this incident and take the appropriate action regarding the doctor concerned. I also request a formal response confirming the outcome of the investigation and the measures that will be taken to ensure that such behaviour is not repeated with my daughter or any other child. Furthermore, please ensure that no future appointments are scheduled for my daughter with this doctor and that she is transferred to another doctor who has the appropriate experience and communication skills to deal with children. Very disappointing experience — please think carefully before spending your money here. I paid AED 2,800 for a four-week course of fat-dissolving injections at Noor Al Mamzar Clinic. Unfortunately, I did not see the results I expected. I did not even lose 3 kg during the four weeks, despite being told to expect results. My friend also went through the treatment and, based on their experience, also feels that the money was wasted without getting the expected results. In my experience, the treatment was a waste of money and time. I was also not given enough clarity about exactly what was being injected, which was concerning. Another concern is that I noticed negative comments/reviews appear to be restricted or unavailable on their Google profile. This makes it difficult for potential customers to see a complete range of experiences before making a decision. I personally would not recommend this treatment without first getting clear information about the medication, expected results, risks, and evidence behind the treatment. I also would not choose to consult Dr. Mariam again. She was friendly and reassuring and repeatedly said the results would come, but in my experience, the expected results did not happen. AED 2,800 is a significant amount of money. Please do your own research and think carefully before spending your money and time. Also they have blocked every review of any customer so that no one knows its fake and no one should waste money and time over fake weight loss injection as they don’t even tell the name of same

I was thinking about getting a rhinoplasty for over a decade and when I finally decided I was going to go through with the procedure I found it incredibly hard to find a suitable doctor in the UAE for a natural, balanced aesthetic. I went to multiple consultations and I didn't feel comfortable with any of the doctors until I met Dr Hatem, who was so professional and I immediately trusted him and his work. He inspected the nose to determine the septum position first and then we discussed about desired aesthetic outcomes. For me this was really reassuring and a thorough, professional consultation. Functionality and aesthetics were equally important to me and I believe he did a brilliant job for both - I still look like myself too. Throughout his team have been constantly available to support me in the recovery process as well as regular check ups from the Dr. This support made arguable the hardest part manageable to get through and I am so thankful for the team. Overall, I feel really lucky to have found this Dr and his team because it's not an easy decision to change your face. The professionalism, support and of course the final result are all incredibly important and I feel this clinic delivered on all fronts. I had my surgery one month ago and feel that I am still adjusting but I look forward to 3 months time and I feel more healed.

I had a very good experience at American Spine Clinic. The doctors are friendly, approachable, and genuinely take the time to listen to all your concerns. They explain your condition clearly, and when necessary, they quickly recommend the appropriate tests to help ease your worries and identify what may be causing your pain or discomfort. A special mention to Dr. Shawkat, Dr. Danny, and Dr. Mahmoud, as well as their wonderful nurses. They go beyond their duties to make patients feel comfortable and understood. I was especially touched by how they make an effort to learn and use the patient’s language to better understand what we are feeling and experiencing. That small effort makes a big difference. The nurses are very accommodating, caring, and friendly, and the entire staff is welcoming and helpful. Thank you, American Spine Clinic, for making your patients feel heard, cared for, and less stressed during what can be a difficult and painful time. ❤️ Highly appreciated and recommended!

The Nursing staff is unprofessional I completed the ECG but no report was handed over to me it was told that I will receive an email but after 5 hours of visit no email received. While she confirmed that it will be sent immideatly Also I went to hospital fasting for blood collection - it was told by nurse that sample will be taken after consultation and story was changed at last moment that without approval they can not take the sample Very unprofessional behavior when I asked Nurse that how will I follow-up on blood test and TMT approval can I have contact details of nurse station where I can call she suggested that call center number is there. Empathy and care is totally missing and I can see lot of paitent and staff is overwhelmed. For sure not recommending to others - I go there because of Doctor Murali. Or else no need to go in such place

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sari. She is not only gentle and calming, but also incredibly knowledgeable. I used to have a problem with clenching, and while I had previously been given night guards, Dr. Sari took a completely different approach. She helped me understand and improve my breathing at night, addressing the underlying cause rather than simply giving me another night guard to protect my teeth.
