I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to your medical facility. I have been visiting your clinic for the past 7–8 years and have always trusted your service. However, this time my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited for almost one hour, yet no one attended to me. I was there for treatment and follow-up, but I was not given proper support. One of the nurses was sitting and using her mobile phone. When I requested assistance, she responded rudely, saying that I had many appointments and must wait. Instead of helping, she showed no concern for my situation. I was told the doctor was waiting for me, yet no one guided me or took my case seriously. The overall attitude and lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress and frustration. This experience is unacceptable, especially from a place I have trusted for many years. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to ensure better service in the future. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response

Usha can be really busy because she is the most sought after OB gyne (I would know because she is always fully booked whenever I need to schedule my appointment with her which means she is the best and top OB gyne in her field) but despite her busy schedule she would always make it a point to reach out to you whenever you have questions. Dra. Usha will make you understand every detail that you need to know. I have been with Dra. Usha for many years now because of the way she cares for me truly and she always make me feel so at ease everytime I would visit her. Her skill and expertise is exceptional. I have been here for specialized MRIs about 5 times in the last 8 months. Without exception the staff are highly professional, warm, make sure I am comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed, lovely artwork in the main waiting area. The driver service is especially nice as I am not comfortable driving to/from the multiple medical appointments I have each month. My doctor appreciates the excellent t quality of the mRI to monitor my treatments.
