One aspect that particularly impressed me was his excellent pain management strategy using epidural analgesia. Following a major thoracic surgery, I experienced remarkably good pain control during my hospital stay, which greatly contributed to my comfort, breathing exercises, mobility, and overall recovery. Normally, I find the care at Harley Street excellent, and I hope my experience today was just a one off. I would not say the visit was “bad” per se, but when I called to make the appointment I was clear that it was a pediatric follow-up post 2-day discharge after delivery of the baby. As per the hospitals discharge instructions, the visit was for an auditory test and second jaundice test. I stated this when I booked the appointment. During the visit neither of these procedures were available, and we were told to go to a hospital to do them. It seems this should have been made clear during the booking process rather than having to bring the baby unnecessarily. The appointment therefore did not constitute, in my opinion, a medical consultation and instead consisted of patronizing advice such as “talk to your baby” for their development and provide them with stimulating activities. Note that I understand this might be a general spiel given to any new parents.

I would like to commend Dr. Zaynab for being one of the best doctors at Prime Medical. She always treats her patients with care and professionalism. The nurses have also been consistently friendly and helpful. I have been doing my check-ups and tests at Al Nahda for almost three years and have never had a bad experience. However, my experience during my X-ray appointment yesterday was disappointing. The radiology staff member asked me to sign a document and rushed me while I was still reading it. As a patient, I believe it is important to understand and review any document before signing. During the X-ray procedure, instead of calmly guiding me through the process, she spoke in a loud tone while giving instructions and appeared to be in a hurry throughout the examination. This made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to help improve the patient experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Dr. Assem Alhyasat at Prime Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! I visited Prime with three family members and Dr. Alhyasat gave each one of us his full attention, examining thoroughly with great skill and precision. What truly impressed us was how clearly and patiently he explained everything. He broke down complex eye findings into simple, easy-to-understand language, making sure every family member fully understood their condition and the next steps. Not once did we feel rushed. His professionalism is matched by his warmth and genuine care for his patients. He treated each person as an individual, which made the whole experience very personal and reassuring. We left feeling fully informed, confident, and in great hands. Dr. Alhyasat is exactly the kind of doctor every family needs. This feedback is asper my several visits of experience in Jumeirah . My previous feedback wasn't taken into consideration so I m not sure about this one ! 1.Your Front Desk Staff not well trained 2. Your software is not efficient , very time consuming 3.nurse Station not friendly at all . They always are stressed which is unpleasant as a customer 4. Dr. Yarub is simply the best. I had been postponing my wisdom tooth removal for months because I was scared. I messaged him at 4 AM during the Eid holidays, and he replied right away. He even came from home that afternoon just for my extraction. The whole procedure took less than 10 minutes and was completely smooth. His team was also incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive through the whole process. If u’re nervous abt removing your wisdom teeth, don't think twice go to Dr. Yarub. Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional. X ray query from insurance wasn’t responded to. It was told that nurse will call and inform me once approval is received. No call was given neither I was informed. I came on the next day to check. The Nurse wasn’t available. Another nurse informed me that the Dr. didn’t respond to insurance query yet. This is so unprofessional and no respect for patients time. Very bad experience. I pay higher coinsurance here on Prime and still I get such pathetic service. Total waste of time.
