Today, I am 26 weeks pregnant, and reaching this point feels like a dream. ❤️ After many difficulties and so many emotional ups and downs, we were finally blessed with this pregnancy. From the very beginning, it was considered a high-risk pregnancy, and we went through many tough and stressful moments along the way. Throughout this entire journey, Dr. Samer has been there for us every step of the way. He made sure that everything was progressing perfectly, closely monitored my pregnancy, and always reassured us whenever we were worried or afraid. Then, suddenly, I developed high blood pressure. I was extremely anxious and panicking, constantly worrying about whether my baby and I would be okay. Dr. Samer immediately took the situation seriously and made sure that both my baby and I were safe. He arranged all the necessary tests, carefully monitored my condition, explained everything to us clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure that I was being followed closely. Most importantly, he gave us reassurance during a time when we were filled with fear. Pregnancy after everything we had been through was already an emotional journey, and having a doctor who is not only knowledgeable and attentive but also genuinely cares about his patients made such a huge difference for us. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Emirates Hospital. ❤️ The nurses have been incredibly kind, caring, supportive, and gentle throughout this journey. Their compassion and kindness made us feel comfortable and cared for during some of the most stressful moments. We are now 26 weeks along, and we are so grateful for every single day, every positive milestone, and everyone who has supported us along the way. ❤️ Thank you, Dr. Samer, for taking such good care of me and my baby, for always being there when we needed reassurance, and for making us feel that we were never alone throughout this journey. Choosing Dr Faryal for my smile makeover was genuinely one of the best decisions I have ever made. I wanted veneers for a long time, but my biggest fear was ending up with teeth that looked too white, bulky or obviously artificial. From my first consultation, Dr Faryal completely understood what I was looking for. She doesn’t simply “do veneers” she looks at your face, features, smile, proportions and personality and creates something that feels completely individual to you. The final result exceeded every expectation. My veneers are incredibly natural, beautifully proportioned and have the most subtle colour blending and detailing. They don’t look like veneers at all , they look like the teeth I was somehow always meant to have. What impressed me most was Dr Faryal’s attention to detail. She is a perfectionist in the best possible way. Every little element was considered, from the shape and length of each tooth to my bite and the way my smile sits within my face. Nothing felt rushed or generic. Beyond her skill, she has such a calm and reassuring presence. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process and completely trusted her with my smile. The transformation has been so much more than cosmetic. I feel more confident, polished and like an elevated version of myself, while still completely looking like me. If you are looking for veneers that are elegant, sophisticated and beautifully natural, I honestly cannot recommend Dr Faryal enough. Her work is artistry. My only regret is that I didn’t do my smile makeover sooner.

Good afternoon, My name is Syed. I visited Prime Medical Center yesterday for a pediatric consultation. I have Daman health insurance, and the consultation with the pediatrician was completed smoothly. However, when I went to the pharmacy with the doctor’s prescription, I was informed that there was a technical issue with the Daman insurance system. I was then provided with a claim/reimbursement form and was advised to purchase the medicines through a pharmacy. I subsequently visited three different pharmacies, but none of them accepted the form. I was informed that the required RX/prescription number was missing from the form. This resulted in a very difficult and frustrating situation for me, especially as I had visited the medical center for my child and expected the insurance and pharmacy process to be handled smoothly. I would like to understand: 1. If there was a technical issue with Daman insurance at Prime Medical Center, why was the consultation processed without informing me about the issue beforehand? 2. Why was I given a claim form that was not accepted by other pharmacies due to missing information? 3. Why was I required to visit multiple pharmacies to resolve an issue that was not caused by me? 4. Who will take responsibility for the inconvenience and additional time caused? I request Prime Medical Center to investigate this matter urgently and provide me with a proper explanation and resolution. I also request that such issues be addressed internally so that other patients do not face the same difficulty.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to the doctor. During my visit, I requested two days of sick leave because I was experiencing stomach pain and had vomited twice the previous day. I also explained that I had been feeling unwell and uncomfortable from around 5:00 PM until late at night. However, I was advised that one day of sick leave would be sufficient and that, with the medication, I would be feeling better the following day. Unfortunately, when I joined work the next day, I was still experiencing stomach pain and did not feel well. As a result, I had to leave work early. I also wanted to avoid the heavy traffic between Dubai and Sharjah, especially on Thursday, as travelling while feeling unwell would have been difficult. I understand that the doctor makes a medical assessment based on the patient's condition at the time of the consultation. However, I would appreciate it if my symptoms and the possibility that they might continue into the following day could be taken into consideration when determining the appropriate sick leave period. I am sharing this feedback because I believe that allowing sufficient recovery time when a patient is still experiencing significant symptoms would help them recover properly and return to work when they are genuinely fit to do so.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth surgically removed by Dr. Sari, and I had such a great experience with her. We first did a panoramic X-ray, and she took the time to carefully explain the entire procedure and what to expect. The extractions were done over two sessions, and I genuinely felt no pain during the procedures or afterward. What I appreciated even more was that Dr. Sari personally checked on me after the surgeries to make sure I was doing well, which I found incredibly thoughtful and professional. The clinic itself is extremely clean, modern, and well maintained, and the whole experience made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Sari, especially if you’re nervous about wisdom tooth removal. 🦷🤍

The waiting period at the appointment, cashiers and pharmacy was too too long. On top of this it seems you all changed the process for Emirates staffs. First I had to wait for the admission there were 10 ppl ahead of me. Then due to the new process I had to wait at the cashier as again there was 10 ppl ahead. Lastly after I visited the doctor again they said go back to cashier. How ridiculous, the wait at the pharmacy was even bad , 20 ppl ahead of me. At least try to keep the cash taking faculty at the admissions if ur changing the process. When asked for the feedback form the staff gave me google review qr code. Should I place a review in google as well??
