I visited Dr. Reyaz Ahmad on recommendation while I was in the BurJuman area. While the consultation itself was reasonably structured, the overall experience felt quite rushed and lacked the level of patient engagement one would expect. Despite delays leading up to the consultation, there was no effort to acknowledge the wait or check on patient comfort—especially considering the situation required a full bladder for tests, which was quite uncomfortable. More importantly, there was minimal proactive guidance during the process. Even when it was clear that insurance approvals were pending and I was willing to proceed by paying, there was no flexibility or support from the medical team to help move things forward efficiently. The interaction felt more transactional than patient-focused. A bit more attentiveness, communication, and ownership from the doctor’s side would significantly improve the experience

Dear Sir, Although the treatment is ongoing, it did take a lot of time to diagnose the issue and further not still sure on why i am having bloating and skin patch problems despite me asking the doctor several times. I know there are medical experts who can diagnose and treat the issue with immediate results. That way i find this doctor to be too slow in grasping and coming to a sold conclusion on result and i have had to go through a lot of medications which not sure is really required. Lot of improvement needed on this level from this doctor
