He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and made me feel calm and confident even during the more stressful moments. Thanks to his expertise and careful follow up, my pregnancy progressed smoothly, and I had a beautiful, pain free delivery with no complications. The delivery itself was such a positive and reassuring experience, and I truly felt that I was being cared for by someone who is not only an excellent doctor but also a compassionate and understanding person. His follow up after delivery was just as wonderful smooth, attentive, and very responsive. I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously and that I could reach out whenever I needed advice or reassurance. Dr. Samer combines exceptional medical knowledge and experience with a warm personality and a level of care that is truly special. I am incredibly grateful to him for taking such great care of me and my baby, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any woman looking for an excellent and trustworthy obstetrician.

Dr. Abdul Rahman Hamad is an exceptional and highly skilled professional. He recently handled my pelvic vein embolization procedure with the utmost care, precision, and expertise. Before the procedure, he took the time to explain every single anatomical detail, which completely eased my extreme anxiety and fears. What truly sets Dr. Hamad apart is how deeply he listens to his patients. Because I have an explicitly sensitive stomach and cannot tolerate standard oral medications, he customized my entire pain management plan using stomach-safe, intravenous alternatives. When a routine drop in my post-procedure blood pressure occurred, his medical team stabilized me seamlessly and with total professionalism. Even during the procedure under conscious sedation, his calm guidance made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. Thanks to his precise endovascular work, my chronic pelvic congestion pressure and severe evening cramping are finally resolving. Pretty good experience overall. Very cordial staff and very co-operatives. A few suggestions to make it meaningful - 1. For all payments send the Invoice copy - either print it or send by email. As of now, now invoice or receipt is provided to me yesterday or earlier today when I went to pay for my stool tests. 2. The reports are all available on the App, but they are not downloadable - that makes it difficult for us to maintain one file especially when we have multiple cardiologists that i consult with. Everyone should know what has been done in the past, so allowing downloads of our own medical reports is very important. 3. Any features / rewards announced on your website, should be known to all the concerned staff. For e.g. your website clearly promotes earning Emirates Skywards Miles on all Prime health transactions, but your staff either at reception or at the cashier are aware of it or how to enable it for me. Else, what is the point of promoting such facilities. These are all minor issues that could make it much more rewarding. Regards, Ivan F.

I needed to do a contrast CT scan for the heart. I received a phone call from the doctor 2days before the procedure and he explained the procedure and did take the information regarding any allergies that I had. On the day of the procedure I was received by the nurses who also made sure everything was going well and also explained the preparations needed prior to the procedure. The technician also was so clear in explaining the process and what was going to happen and the duration of the procedure. All in all was positive. I was a little nervous as it was my first experience with the scan, but I left with a positive feeling. Also the doctor came twice to assure me that everything looked good and that I would get the whole report looked at by my doctor. In short, my experience was really positive and all of the staff from reception to nurses, technician and doctors were very kind and supportive.

I found out this clinic work on referral system, not on usual sponsored ads or paid influencer recommendation who are mostly not honest with their reviews. I was skeptical at first but I notice the difference by Doctor's care and meticulousness. Doctor Jayanth is very specific and not lazy when doing work that I notice the difference every month I go for adjustment. I cannot recommend this clinic more enough, not just braces but other services too like crowns they do it best here.
