I have been visiting Dr. Deepa since 4 years now and with no doubt I can say that she is the best clinical psychologist in UAE. She has so much of experience and is very understanding no matter what your difficulties are. She is the only clinical psychologist who is an excellent DBT practitioner. I have visited more than 10 psychologists and psychiatrists but none of them showed kindness like she does and also none of them are as good in DBT like she is. She actually cares for her patients and genuinely wants to help us become better. She gave me so much hope and support from day 1 until now and she has taught me so many DBT skills that really help with my anxiety. She is so knowledgeable and can even suggest really good psychiatrists incase medicines are also needed. Thankyou Doctor for being there always.

I am visiting your clinic often and every thing is good and the doctors and nurses aren’t very professional but I am very disappointed with the pharmacy and the staff , it took more than 45 minutes to send the request to Insurance !!! And when I asked them , they send you have to wait and you can not ask us ?!? - I can ask not to wait for very long time because there is only one person sending request when you have 7 people just giving the medication . It’s very disappointing and I will not use your pharmacy in the next visit because it’s weast of time I have to wait for submitting and then approval and then the handing over more than 2 hours , I prefer to do it from other pharmacies

Dr Soloman was fantastic and extremely professional, helpful and kind. However, his nurse was very patronising and unprofessional. Maybe someone needs to speak to her about her 'bedside' manner, explaining to her not to ask the patient 'what happened,' but rather "how can we help you today?' The doctor was not attentive at all during the whole conversation. His support staff and himself were occupied in their own world and when I asked about it, they said they have been busy so they are a little lost in their world. The doctor didn't listen to my concerns, rather he went on with explaining about what he feels as if it were a classroom session. I will never visit this dentist and will never recommend him to anyone.
