We feel truly blessed that my father was referred to Dr. Sivaprakash. From our very first interaction, his professionalism, confidence, compassion, and reassurance gave us an enormous sense of comfort during what was an extremely stressful time for our family. Given my father’s age, we were naturally very worried about the surgery and the possible risks. Dr. Sivaprakash took the time to explain everything to us and reassured us with such confidence and professionalism that he would do everything possible to perform the surgery with the least possible risk. Thankfully, the surgery went extremely well, with zero complications, and we could not be more grateful. What impressed us just as much as his surgical expertise was the exceptional care he provided afterward. His attention to every single detail was remarkable. He continuously followed my father’s condition, asking the nurses to monitor his vital signs closely and keep him updated. He checked on him personally, followed every aspect of his recovery, and even came to visit him on his day off. That level of dedication and genuine concern is something our family will never forget. He made an incredibly difficult journey feel safer and far less stressful. Dr. Sivaprakash, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for your skill, your dedication, your compassion, and most importantly, for taking such wonderful care of our father. We will always be grateful to you. And to the nurses who cared for my father — words are simply not enough to thank you. You are truly angels walking among us. The kindness, patience, compassion, attentiveness, and genuine care you showed him every single day went far beyond what we could ever have expected. You did not simply look after a patient; you cared for him with humanity and warmth, and you gave our entire family comfort during one of the most difficult periods of our lives. Because of Dr. Sivaprakash and this exceptional nursing team, my entire perception of Prime Hospital has changed. It is now a hospital I would confidently recommend to my family, friends, and anyone looking for outstanding medical care. In our experience, the quality of care, professionalism, and humanity we received here genuinely surpassed many of the highly rated hospitals we have experienced in Dubai and Sharjah. 18.06.2026 I had my fourth delivery with Dr. Aida, and from the bottom of my heart, I can truly say that it was my perfect birth experience! Despite my complicated pregnancy, which came with a number of different diagnoses and challenges, and despite my age, Dr. Aida never turned away from my case. She took on my pregnancy with confidence and care, always making me feel that I was in safe hands. For the first time, I felt completely supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. She was always there for me, no matter what time of day it was. I could reach out to her whenever I needed help, and she would always respond, guide me on what to do, and direct me toward the right steps and necessary actions. She is a true professional in every sense of the word. She is someone who embodies kindness, compassion, responsiveness, and exceptional professionalism. Her support throughout my pregnancy gave me an incredible sense of reassurance, especially during the more difficult moments. If I ever decide to have another baby, it would be just to experience her care and support one more time. 😊

I’m truly grateful for how accommodating, kind, and informative Dr. Niyati is. She has such a warm and reassuring way of treating you like family, almost like a daughter; which makes every visit feel so comfortable and cared for. ❤️ I especially appreciated how attentive she was to the little details. She noticed that the vaccination records were a mess because they were split across two separate booklets, so she took the initiative to carefully collate everything into one organized booklet. It may seem like a small gesture, but it really showed how thoughtful and genuinely caring she is. And she even remembered my work and all the other details about my child. The nurse too whenever my baby comes he knows him and calls his name, knows just about how to handle him well. They go above and beyond, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and makes you feel that you’re in very good hands. Truly an amazing doctor and attending nurse. Highly recommended!

I come to Dr Moritz’ appointments for many years, I’ve moved to Oman several years ago and still drive to Abu Dhabi to visit him. It’s the quality of work - he’s done several fillings, restoration of fromt teeth, made the proper retainer for my lower jaw) and overall approach - he doesn’t do what’s unnecessary immediately. Saw some review where the person was calling him rude and overcharging - don’t remember any single case of rudeness, straightforward is what I actually appreciate. For clinic prices - it’s pretty clear before the treatment.

further to my consultation with specialist truly i am not satisfied my issue of abdominal pain and bleeding never resolve i have been given same meds which previous gyny prescribe in spite i mention change meds as it does not work out to me earlier and i get severe pain with primulot nr meds, however i guess dr only recomend scan and does nothing no improvement been seen now its 4 days and bleeding same hence overall not so good experience maxigesic meds is not sepecific for periods pain i ask dr to write for me ponstan forte instead.

لدي ملاحظه على الكاشير بخصوص الارقام هناك ارقام لايوجد لها اشخاص ينتظرون ف من الافضل الأولويه للشخص الموجود حتى لاتحدث زحمه وقد تحدثت بكل احترام مع موظف الكاشير ورفض بحجة ان من الممكن ان يأتي الشخص وللاسف لم يأتي واضطررت للانتظار 4 ارقام ( مضيعه للوقت) ارجو النظر في الموضوع وشكر خاص لدكتوره آيه ملتزمه بالمواعيد وتعاملها رااااائع
