Forever grateful to Dr. Dhesiree Gervacio at Prime Medical Center – Al Reef Mall. ❤️ Dr. Dhesiree Gervacio played a crucial role in detecting my son’s congenital heart defect, and I will forever be grateful to her. My son was born at a very well-known and expensive hospital, yet his heart defect went undetected. He was completely asymptomatic and showed none of the obvious signs that something was wrong. During a routine check-up, Dr. Dhesiree detected a soft heart murmur. She trusted her clinical judgement and referred us to a paediatric cardiologist for further assessment. That referral changed everything. My son was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect and, at just two months old, required urgent heart surgery. I honestly cannot imagine what might have happened if Dr. Dhesiree had not noticed that murmur and acted on it. Her excellent clinical skills, attentiveness and sound judgement have made all the difference for my son. To our family, she truly feels like an angel sent from heaven. But what makes Dr. Dhesiree even more special is not only that she is an excellent doctor — it is the way she treats her patients and their families. She is incredibly warm, caring and approachable. You never feel intimidated when speaking to her, and she takes the time to listen to every concern, whether it seems big or small. You can genuinely tell that she cares about the children she looks after. She even took the time to message us on WhatsApp to check on my children. As a mother, having a doctor who is not only knowledgeable and attentive, but also genuinely caring, means so much. I cannot thank Dr. Dhesiree enough for what she has done for our family. A special mention to Dr. Danny, who is very friendly and genuinely goes out of his way to understand what the patient is going through. He takes the time to listen and make sure you feel heard and understood. I truly appreciate his patience and the way he makes patients feel comfortable. I would also like to thank Dr. Shawkat and Dr. Mahmoud, along with their wonderful nurses. The nurses are very accommodating and friendly, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. What impressed me most is how they make an effort to understand their patients, even going as far as learning some of the patient’s language to better communicate and understand their feelings. That effort really makes a difference. Thank you, American Spine Clinic, for making patients feel cared for, understood, and less stressed during a difficult time. ❤️

I initially came to see Dr Sobia because I was struggling with insulin resistance, low energy and a number of deficiencies. She did a really thorough assessment, looking at my biomarkers and arranging various tests as well as glucose monitoring. From there she put together a completely personalised plan for me, including supplements, IV NAD, HBOT and other regenerative treatments. Nothing felt generic or unnecessary, everything was based on my results and what we were trying to improve. What I appreciated most was how closely Dr Sobia followed my progress. She went through everything in incredible detail and made changes along the way depending on how I was responding. She genuinely followed me through every step until we started seeing results. I feel so much better than when I started and my results have improved significantly. A very thorough and personalised approach to health and longevity, and I couldn’t recommend Dr Sobia enough.

I met the Doctor at 5:30 on Thursday (24 September), though the appointment was fixed at 5:00 as the Doctor was not available. As planned, I visited the Hospital at 8:00 in the morning for various tests. I was told that the Hospital is open for services 24 hours. There was no staff to guide me to the Laboratory. When I reached there, I was told that I need to pay first but there was none at the cash counter. The money could have been collected by the cashier yesterday itself. I got disgusted with the attitude and left the premises deciding I will come tomorrow. It was utter waste of time for me especially I had come with 12 hours fasting. You need to improve a lot and make the staff receptive and helpful.

I truly appreciated the care and attention I received, especially given the urgency of my situation. Dr. Berro is amazing, very knowledgeable, and extremely clear in explaining everything. I was called in by the nurse to get feedback from Dr Anil. I was told to come as an walk in. The staff at the counter was slow to respond, when I gave him the walk -in coupon he's asking me if I have an appointment. Also he was not aware about what Dr Anil was specialised in, he tried calling the nurse to check if they will except me. I think this was not professional, there should be proper communication with the nurse and the reception. Casher / Pharmacy was slow and had no extra staff. overall there should be more efficient staff at the reception / cashier
