I first met Dr. Nageena in November 2023, and since then our journey with her has been truly transformative. She has been working with my son using primitive reflex integration, and the progress we have seen has been incredible. When we started, my son, who is on the autism spectrum, struggled to sit in class, had difficulty holding a pencil, and found it challenging to follow instructions. Today, he is able to sit through his school day with the help of sensory breaks, actively participate in sessions, write independently, and even copy from the blackboard. His understanding and cognitive skills have improved significantly—he now follows one-step instructions and is beginning to manage two-step instructions as well. He can read simple sentences and, most importantly, is able to communicate his needs more clearly and confidently. His core strength and motor skills have also improved remarkably—he is now able to ride a bicycle independently and even skate, which is a huge milestone for us. Beyond her professional expertise, what truly sets Dr. Nageena apart is the hope and reassurance she provides. Through both her medical knowledge and personal experience, she gave me the confidence that my son would progress and learn to manage independently. As a mother, that reassurance means everything. I thought of improving my smile for years because my teeth were so yellow, decayed and i had bad breath all the time and so i finally decided to visit Dr Sarah at MY LONDON SKIN CLINIC. From my first consultation, i felt i was in expert hands. She really listened to what i wanted and created a full treatment plan tailored to me. We started with professional teeth cleaning and teeth whitening. Then i had composite bonding on my front teeth to fix small gaps and uneven edges. The results were so natural and beautifully done. To complete my smile makeover, Dr Sarah also replaced an old filling and did a dental crown to strengthen one of my back teeth. Everything was completely pain free, and the attention to detail is what amazed me. The clinic is modern, spotless and truly feels like one of the top dental clinics back in London. I especially appreciated how Dr Sarah explained everything because i usually get nervous seeing doctors. I feel like i can smile again and so happy i chose Dr Sarah for my treatment, she combined cosmetic dentistry with true skill and artistry.

زرت المستشفى يوم الأحد الساعة 1:30 تقريباً. الاستقبال كان جيد والتنظيم مع الطبيب كان سريعاً وكل شيء سار بشكل جيد. المشكلة الوحيدة كانت في الصيدلية حيث يوجد تأخير وزحمة بسبب إجراءات التأمين، مما يجعل وقت الانتظار طويلاً. أتمنى من الإدارة إيجاد حل لتنظيم موضوع التأمين في الصيدلية لتقليل الازدحام وتحسين تجربة المرضى I visited the hospital on Sunday around 1:30 PM. The reception was good and the process with the doctor was smooth and quick. However, there was a long delay at the pharmacy due to insurance processing and the crowd. I hope the management can improve the insurance process at the pharmacy to reduce waiting time and improve the patient experience.

Visited Dr Peer , ENT on 16/3/2026 . At the reception the lady asked me whether am i a medical representative. When i clearly mentioned to her that i wanted to consult him . Later i waited for the visit, there was no vitals check. I was called in for the consultation by Dr himself, and surprisingly he left the clinic door open and checked my ears. During which there were patients bringing in their reports etc to the nurse who is seated next to the doctor. My entire consultation there were other patients coming and going in. Please look into these flaws. Thank you

Todays visit to PMC was in a way different as the Doctor Nilesh Trivedi was super cooperative, but what made this visit special was the attendent at pharmacy, Ms. Vanessa Frias who was very patient and proactive, to check with the TPA the reason for rejection for one of the important medications. Her attitude to serve and that too in the midst of a busy evening showed her dedication towards her work. Once again she proved that in the world of automation and AI we still need a human touch.
