The recent visit with the doctor was good, however, would like to highlight that the door being opened without any knocks very frequently I had at least three times people coming into the room without knocking. The phone was ringing at least two or three times during my consultation, which was interrupting the flow of my conversation with the Consultant.. suggest you put some indication on the door of the Consultant saying available not available busy occupied something like that so that people do not enter during consultation and interrupt. I feel that I was interrupted multiple times because of which I could not give proper information to the doctor.

One thing that stood out to me was that the phlebotomist had her long big/frizzy hair into an open ponytail and not secured into a braid or bun. We also saw the she used the same gloves and didn’t change them from the previous patient, even typing on the keyboard to drawing blood. Another thing is that she was sick and sniffling but was not wearing a mask. The overall environment felt very unhygienic to us. Lastly, instead of asking for my date of birth to confirm my identity she showed me the empty blood vile to check my name on the sticker… that doesn’t sound right to me… such a peculiar experience…

Since 2/3 month i have visited with him and there has been no any action to patients for further if he can't manage to handle it. Just visited Prime Clinic Ajman and meet a very nice human being Dr. Asma Sadaqat. She handle my wife case very Professionally. I am very impressed by her treatment and follow ups. Due one small infection my wife got very pain and went unconscious but the way Dr. Asma Sadaqat handle the situation is unbelievable. She is very kind to her patients and make sure that her all patients got the best treatment. I will recommend her as the best Gynaecologist.
