This was my second follow-up appointment, and the experience was highly unsatisfactory due to severe delays, unprofessional staff behavior, and a complete lack of proper patient care.First, the physician arrived 30 minutes late. When I politely inquired with the nursing staff regarding the delay, the response I received was unprofessional and dismissive. Once the physician finally arrived, the nurse entered the room ahead of me to speak privately with her, after which the quality of my care was severely compromised.The physician entirely ignored my primary medical concern—severe pain in the sole of my foot. The consultation was extremely rushed, and she was dismissive when I attempted to ask follow-up questions. Throughout the brief interaction, she repeatedly emphasized that her shift was over and that it was her time to leave.Despite rushing my care due to her departure, she unprofessionally pressured my husband into an immediate, unscheduled consultation. She then ordered an X-ray for a medical issue he never presented, and forced him to run through the clinic to get the imaging done quickly before she left.Due to this experience, we will not be returning to this center. As we are now forced to seek care from a different provider, I formally request that copies of our complete consultation notes, test results, and X-ray images be prepared and released to us immediately so we can transfer our care to another doctor.

Dr Nourallah is the best eye doctor I've been to by a large margin. I had been suffering from dry eye issues for many years and had been through many different doctors without getting any major improvements and it really impeded my ability to work properly due to constant eye strain, headaches and general discomfort. In our first appointment doctor prepared a working plan and within a few days of following, I started feeling much better. Now after around half a year at my followup, I have dry eye issues under control and I no longer have blurred vision, double vision, constant strain, etc. It's very well managed now to the point where I don't notice it much at all. He's one of those docs who is always up to date with the latest medication and technology available for treatment and that is immensely helpful as many other docs kept giving me same old drops that had little impact and were just a strain on the budget year on year. If you are suffering from dry eye issues, I'd highly recommend paying a visit.

My sugar is increasing and was thinking of getting a shot to reduce it however instead he recommend me the monitoring of my sugar for the next two weeks to understand the food intake and adjust accordingly as initial step prior getting into another medication. He recommended the food to take to have a better results after the initial 3 days.. and we will review in a month the results… very happy with his recommendations.
