I met Dr. Azima Rashidova in 2017, and from my very first visit it became clear that she is a true professional. Since then, I have done all my medical check-ups only with her, because doctors like her are incredibly rare such talented specialists are born once in hundreds of years. I look back on my first pregnancy and delivery with warmth everything went smoothly and easily thanks to her. Dr. Rashidova monitored my condition with great care, prescribed the right diet for me, and was always there whenever I needed support. With her, I always feel comfortable and safe. She is an exceptionally warm, bright, kind and compassionate person who explains everything clearly and in simple terms. Now I am going through my second pregnancy with her and once again, everything has been just as easy and reassuring as the first time. Dr. Rashidova has extensive experience and manages both pregnancy and delivery, which is extremely convenient and gives a complete sense of confidence. My family and I are deeply grateful to Dr. Azima Rashidova for her professionalism, care, and her contribution to our healthy future. Dr. Insia Nasreen (General Practitioner) was extremely unprofessional. She was dismissive, rude, and offered no support. Instead of examining me properly for my ear infection, she immediately referred me to the ENT in Room 2, which resulted in me paying extra for both her consultation and the ENT. The ENT then referred me again to an ultrasound. I took sick leave from work due to severe ear swelling overnight. By the time I reached the clinic, the swelling had reduced after home remedies, but I still needed a medical check. After seeing three doctors and confirming there was no active infection, I simply requested a one-day sick leave certificate that my company requires. Dr. Insia Nasreen refused, saying she “cannot issue sick leave” because she had already referred me to ENT. When I returned to the ENT, he had already left for the day. The staff themselves told me the GP could issue it. When the nurse asked on my behalf, the doctor opened the door, saw me there standing with the nurse, and immediately raised her voice, saying, “I CANNOT issue a sick leave, and just because I am a GP doesn’t mean I can give sick leaves.” And I chuckled about what she said, she even shouted, “WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING? You have no respect.” Her behaviour was shocking, uncalled for, and completely unacceptable. No doctor should speak to a patient like that—especially someone already unwell. The clinic itself is good, but this doctor is not. She was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic ethics and respect and patient care. Patients deserve better.

Miss reya or rea , the assistant of doctor basil (dentist) was very unprofessional and gave us nothing but an attitude. This woman should not be in the field as she was portraying BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS PATIENTS! They made my husband look pathetic and we were just asking HOW WAS THE WHOLE PROCESS for THE APPROVAL THAT SHE KEPT TELLING US! So i called my medical benefits and explained everything to them (that she didnt even know the details) & she just kept telling me nonsense things! After paying the co payment for the insurance, SHE TOLD US TO WAIT 2-3HRS and its 8:30PM in the evening and she didnt tell any of these when we talked on the phone! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have been told that it was a direct billing and i understand they mustve misunderstood the policy, i didnt have any problem with paying but being so ridiculously rude is unacceptable! Not to mention while she was talking to me SHE WAS FROWNING AND DOESNT SEEM LIKE SHE'S INTERESTED WITH OUR INQUIRY. INDEED A VERY BAD EXPRIENCE!

The overall experience was very satisfactory. From parking assistance till meeting the doc, it’s a very smooth and no hassle process. That’s the environment that keeps patient and the caretaker in a positive mindset. Since we had an appointment with the oncologist, *Dr. Tanvi Sood* who is very kind and caring and communicates in a very calm, composed and collective manner and explains the whole process with a smile, which in turn makes us very comfortable and emotionally cared and very positive and look forward to our further treatment. As well, not to forget the nurses *Sr. Lakshmi* and *Sr. Gibi* are very cooperative and supportive. They take all our responsibilities and further process in their hands and get them all sorted very effectively and really quick and keeps us posted anytime whether during appointment day or while at home. I am grateful and thankful to God for having my treatment at Prime and with very supportive team and positive Doc and assistant doc (Dr.Tabrez) and nurses.

I had a waiting time of 1 hour 40 minutes which wasnt informed prior from the reception counter at the time of token collection.I understand waiting time of walk in patients cant be determined at the beginning but they even didnt inform am a walk in patient because i approached the counter assuming i made my appointment through online which didnt happen for some reason..they didnt inform me at all i dont have an online appointment at the first place and only informed am a walk in patient after an hour when i re approached the counter..am agreeing to the fact that online appointments should be considered first but at the same time some balance to walk in patients could be considered..Myself & my family used to be a regular customers of this warqa center but never coming back again because of this horrible experience.

I was very pleased with my visit to this medical clinic. I'd especially like to mention the wonderful gynecologist, Ekaterina Zhuravleva, who specializes in preventative medicine. She demonstrated high professionalism and attentiveness, which is very important in such matters. I also had my tests done at affordable prices, which was a pleasant surprise. Gastroenterologist Ruslan Gabirov is a true expert in his field, and I trust him. Furthermore, the clinic has a wonderful atmosphere, with friendly nurses and welcoming receptionists who create a comfortable and welcoming experience. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality medical care!

All good. Just please establish a process of patient preference. My preference is not to be called, but WhatsApp or e-mail. In Dubai, it is extremely busy and overwhelming with calls, creating noise, distraction, and interruption to our daily lives or tasks on hand. As a medical centre who also encourages patient's mental health, please enable such option, as many of us would value this than picking up a phone call and lose precious time just to hear a reminder of our appointment. Not every requires this and is disorganised. A WhatsApp/SMS/E-mail would have fit this for many others who prefers this option like me. Thank you.
