She really cares about them, their feelings and emotions. She always answers all my questions and inquiries, even if this a scientific piece of info. She gave me all the knowledge I want. I trust her more than any other doctor I met, not only me but my oncologist doctor as well the greatest professor Dr.Hamdy AbdelAzim from whom I knew Dr.Norran. She used her profession to be like a word of peace from God to her patients. Her support is endless and really worthy. I always thank her for being such a beautiful specialist, that gives me hope when there was no hope. My love for isn't limited only to her job, but to her spirit, personality and advises that she loves to give to all her friends, patients and followers, I am lucky to know you my dearest Dr.Norran. Just had my first visit to the new Prime location, and I have to say, it was such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and welcoming—they greeted me with smiles and made me feel right at home. The whole atmosphere is really inviting and professional at the same time. I also had the chance to meet some of the doctors, like Dr. Vicente and Dr. Kieran, and they were not only knowledgeable but genuinely caring. It’s rare to feel so comfortable and well taken care of during a visit, and I really appreciate how attentive everyone was.

Very poor , will never visit again , parents with new born require enough attention and care . My baby cried non stop the hospital didn't even provide any pain management medication instead waited for me to get the medication from pharmacy and the system got problem and the pharmacy despite seeing my frustration didn't offer to call the doctor to check the medication name I had to go to the nurse to ask for the name , the nurse after that gave the medication while my baby was still crying so bad which cause my little one to chock so bad it was terrifying moment .

I always go to to Prime Al Warqa branch for my whole family. Dr. Wasi is very professional, attentive and his follow-up is excellent. السلام عليكم، أنا استغربت من موضوع العلاج. الدكتور وصف لي مضاد حيوي (Omnicef) وقال لي إن واضح عندي التهاب، لكن بنفس الوقت سوا لي فحص دم ومسحة من الأنف والحنجرة. وجهة نظري: إذا الدكتور متأكد من التشخيص من البداية، ليش أسوي فحص إضافي؟ وإذا الفحص مهم للتأكد، ليش أبدأ المضاد قبل ما تظهر النتيجة؟ أنا أحب يكون العلاج مبني على نتيجة واضحة، خصوصًا أن المضاد ما ينفع لو كان الالتهاب فيروسي. أتمنى توضحون لي السبب وشكرًا لكم.

The clinic is always welcoming - I was not happy with the Dr though. My concerns were belittled and brushed off. her verbal notes did not reflect what I told (both leaving out details & adding details that I did not say). I left the clinic feeling unhappy as my concerns were not considered. I will not return to this Dr again.
