I have been seeing Ms. Leyla Touma for a while now and she is absolutely amazing. I feel supported and comfortable with her and have seen amazing progress in just 9 sessions. I feel more resilient and overall so much better mentally. I am so glad that I got to be her client and I am grateful for her role in my mental health journey. I have achieved my therapeutic goals and have gained skills I can use forever. I would highly recommend coming to aspris health and especially Leyla Touma. The center accepts insurance which is very helpful. When I initially started I was with another therapist but we weren’t a good fit and when I switched to Ms. Leyla I felt her expertise and background were what I needed and it has truly been a transformative experience. I recommend booking an appointment at this center and trying out different therapists and seeking the help you truly need.

Dr Mohammed Yaseen Hachim

Dr. Mohammed Yaseen Hachim was extremely rude and needs to significantly improve his professional conduct. He is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate doctor I have ever encountered. For example, he clearly saw me limping while walking, yet he still asked me to wash my foot. When I questioned this, he claimed that the Voltaren cream was very strong and that he has asthma. This claim appears to be untrue, as he still proceeded with the examination when I simply suggested he wear a mask. Furthermore, he was not even engaging in a proper conversation with me. He spent the entire time looking at his monitor instead of making eye contact or listening to the patient. On a positive note, Dra. Daffodils is one of the best doctors I have ever met, and the gentleman working in the X-ray room was also very nice and professional.

From the reception to until pharmacy serves is worse, reception guy talking with me Hindi & as per him he thought i’m a Indian hence he have my Emirates ID then when i say i’m from srilanka both receptionist in the counter laughed really don’t know what was funny there. Then I moved to the another room lady was taking temperature she was measured my height then said wait, i was waiting then again she telling me to wait bit higher voice i told her I’m waiting here she telling come weight, she has talking something without knowingly she can ask that can you move to weighing area? Not just like wait.. spent more than 3 hours to overall until i get medicine, i believe that’s not every patience wants from your clinic. Kind reminder who ever coming to take medicine those people are not Indians only.

I had a complicated tooth extraction recently and was very anxious, but Dr. Adil was amazing throughout. He was not only professional but also incredibly gentle, taking the time to explain each step and reassure me along the way. He helped me feel safe, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The procedure went so smoothly thanks to his skill. A special mention also to Sister Divya—she was so helpful and supportive. Together, they make a fantastic team. I have consulted with different Doc in this branch, but so far Dr. Ayla is the least friendly of them all. I entered I greeted and she just ignored then nodded. Then she proceeded to say , ARE YOU PREGNANT 😳 without inquiring the reason for my visit today, I guess she saw my last history, but I would expect my doc to ask me why in for a consult rather than just abruptly asking random questions because she has access to my medical history. I expect my doc to be a little bit more empathetic and friendly, not just passively present.

Had a horrid headache after my heart scan procedure in the morning. Later in the afternoon, a family member told me to drink as much water as possible after the procedure. None of the nurses told me this. I was told I will have a headache for 20 minutes! 2 nurses trued to find a suitable vein for the I.V. but only found one at my right wrist. It was so painful, I don't think I want a I.V. to be pokes into my wrist.

The doctor examined my ear but he told me there is nothing and directed to do hear test which was not done because the technician was not picking up the phone and they told me that they will call me to schedule another day after checking to see if the doctor have any medicine for me they called him and he told them to write some medicine now I don’t know what i have.
