Throughout my hospitalization, in addition to the surgeon, Dr. Khalili’s daily visits had a profound impact on my emotional well-being. Her calm presence, positive energy, and reassuring words gave me such strength that I experienced remarkably little fear or distress during a very difficult time. Following surgery, I continue my treatment under her supervision. This experience showed me that true medical care is not only about knowledge and technical skill, but about precision in diagnosis, responsibility, human compassion, and genuine commitment to a patient’s life. I had an appointment today with the urologist Dr. Abu Talib, who sits at the Arabian Center branch of Prime Medical. I visited him, saw his face, exchanged a couple of words. He asked me two questions and prescribed an ultrasound and a test. However, the doctor who was supposed to perform the ultrasound was not available, and I was told to come back tomorrow. Unfortunately, tomorrow wasn’t possible for me due to other commitments. I mentioned I would consult another doctor. At that point, he told me I had to pay for the consultation charges, despite not prescribing any medicine or providing any treatment. On top of that, he spoke to me very rudely. You can check my history—I’ve been using Prime Medical for a long time, including the Nadha branch, Arabian Center branch, Al Warqa branch, and Prime Hospital. You can check this under my registration number. I felt extremely bad about how the doctor behaved. Then, Mr. Ala helped me, and I consulted Dr. Saboor Rizvi Syed at the Prime Medical Reef Mall branch. Please ensure you follow up with the doctor to understand why he behaved so disrespectfully toward me.

Isited my London Skin clinic a DIFC. It was exceptionally clean, the staff very well trained, in ormed and welcoming, immediately make you feel at home. I mei with Doctor Sobia. She is smiling, incredibly positive, friendly, a super listener and qualified. I felt immediately so confident and comfortable as doctors Sobia understood my concerns, and I started the treatments after receiving a very detailed report. Dr. Sobia was with me during the whole process and continuously checking on me and making sure I was well taking care of during the IV drop procedures. No doubt the service of the clinic is excellent and they used high quality products.

Dr. saba has been my orthodontist for the past 18 months , the most memorable months of my life. I’ve always had very messed up teeth. Also, the nurses and the rest of the staff are the sweetest. My braces journey was actually so much fun! They were finally taken off yesterday & I feel like a new person now, I just can’t stop smiling, my teeth look so perfect. Despite having a booked appointment , had to wait for 20 mins . And the Dr rushed us out of her cabin in 10 mins. We came from Sharjah all the way to see a female Indian pediatrician, and this is the service we got despite having a booked appointment. There was zero personal attention , rushed conversation, and unnecessary jumping to the conclusions without hearing the details of our child . I hope this service improves and the doctors gets trained to give personal care and attention to every parent and child. Thanks

I was with my husband, I am pregnant and staff at cash counter Fahad Palekar was very rude and disrespectfull, he was literally shouting at us for not being available when token came we requested him as we had multiple appointments and there was rush. So we sat on other side it took a while to come till cash counter . Moreover the cashier showed us his batch to go ahead and put complaint . He need to be polite with patients. This was raffle surprising and not at all acceptable behaviour

All staff are very friendly and professional. Doctors are VERY busy and my doctor spared max 7 mins for me, she didn’t tell me anything-what to do or not to do- unless I’ve asked. Noone asked about my other conditions or if i am using any medicine etc. She said she would call me the same day after my blood test and xray results and noone called me. I’ve called the day after only finding out that the doctor is off.

She proposes times that need 24 hrs gap to proposing other times where I confirm within less than 60 seconds only for her to say that slot is taken !!! Worst experience ever . Took me an hour to book 2 slots with back n forth. And the slots she proposed after it was booked is gonna make me stuck in traffic for 2 hours at least

I got 2 appointments booked with Dr Marianna, pediatrician and Dr Mattias, with Dr Marianna it was at 9 am at Medows, she wasn't there, upon checking with the staff she needed 15 min to reach. Dr Maria's turned out yo be on the Palm though there was no information about the location in the confirmation message. In general very disappointing and frustrating experience.
