During my recent visit to the healthcare center, I encountered several challenges that significantly impacted the overall experience: Extended Waiting Time: I had to wait for a considerable amount of time before being attended to, which suggests inefficiencies in the patient flow or scheduling system. Outdated Reception System: The system used at the reception desk appears to be outdated and slow, contributing to delays and frustration for both staff and patients. Process Inefficiencies: The overall process could be much faster and more user-friendly. With some attention to system upgrades and workflow improvements, the experience could be greatly enhanced.
