I visited Prime Medical Center at Oasis Mall for an ENT consultation. I was informed the night before by customer service that the consultation fee would be AED 250, and this was also confirmed at the reception. However, I was surprised to see a separate charge for an ear swab when it was time to pay. At no point before or during the consultation was I informed that this procedure would incur an additional cost. Additionally, the doctor mentioned that everything appeared normal prior to doing the swab, which makes it unclear why the procedure was even necessary. No explanation was given about the purpose of the swab, what it was for, or when I could expect any results, if there are results at all. I believe patients should be clearly informed in advance about any extra charges and the medical reasons for any additional procedures. I would appreciate it if you could review this case and clarify why the ear swab was performed and charged without prior notice or any follow up information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a very positive experience at the Prime Medical Centre, Barsha Heights, Dubai. I went for a check-up to monitor my blood pressure, sugar level, and cholesterol level, and also to refill my medications. Dr. Riamol Nancy was excellent — she took great care of everything, asked detailed questions about my health, and explained all the necessary information clearly. Once my blood test results were released, Dr. Nancy personally called me to discuss the report and gave me valuable health tips to help manage my conditions. I am more than satisfied with her care and professionalism. All the staff members, including the doctor’s assistant, laboratory staff, receptionist, and cashier, were also very professional, friendly, and helpful. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the entire team. Highly recommended!

Complete fail. I had only one objective, being able to read my laptop screen. I still cant. I cant work, cant write, cant do emails. The staff were fantastic, the prescription totally wrong. I paid a huge sum of money for some amazing lenses which give me crystal clear distance vision but I cant read my laptop no matter which way I tip my head or how close or far the screen. Any my right eye aches, when I take the glasses off it feels like Ive been punched in the eye. Ive waited for a couple of weeks to see if I would get used to it and adjust to the lenses but this is still impossible and distressing.

He was very considerate and took the time to explain everything clearly — including the condition, possible future developments, causes, management options, and post-surgery complications. After reviewing my X-ray and ultrasound, he advised that no treatment is needed for now and explained the reasons behind this approach. He also assured me that if the ganglion ever becomes bothersome, he can remove it easily with a minor procedure. Overall, I really appreciated his clear explanations and thoughtful, patient-centered approach.

Dr. Cristina always brings positive vibes and makes you feel truly cared for. She listens carefully to your concerns and ensures to run the necessary laboratory tests to prescribe the right medicine. She always checks if the medication suits me well. With her care, I never feel like I’m sick — my hemoglobin levels have improved, and even my asthma has gotten better. My only concern is waiting time even you are with appointment you need to wait . Yesterday was too long l understand sometime too many patients but still a concern. Burjuman team is always 👍

Proffessional Service from Dr Ayla.However Amraz at the reception was very rude and rough if I had not asked to write a survey and the Supervisor had not interviened I would have gone to another Hospital after being chased away by Amraz .I always use Prime medical as a walkin patient but today Amraz was refusing to accept me as a walkin yet I had waited for a long time and whenever I visit Prime Hospital no one has ever denied me before or told me not to come next time .
