Dear prime teams, I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction regarding the repeated and unacceptable delays in issuing my sick leave certificate at Prime Medical Center Al Qusais. This is not an isolated incident. The same issue has occurred multiple times, which clearly indicates a pattern of inefficiency and lack of accountability in your administrative processes. Despite completing consultations and complying with all requirements, I am repeatedly left waiting for a document that should be issued promptly and without complication. Such delays are not only unprofessional but also directly impact my professional commitments, putting me in a difficult position with my employer due to no fault of my own. It is unacceptable that patients must repeatedly follow up for something that is a basic part of your service. I expect my sick leave certificate to be issued immediately without any further delay. Additionally, I require a clear explanation for these recurring lapses and concrete steps your management will take to ensure this does not happen again. Please be advised that if this matter is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the complaint to the relevant health authorities and formally raise concerns regarding the standard of administrative services provided.

She involves my husband every visit and always listen to all my concerns and find ways to address it. She's got a heart of gold, what made me love her so much is that she was holding my hand while I was having a spinal anesthesia, which I haven't experienced with my first C section. She has made this journey smooth and safe for me and the baby. I'll be forever greatful to her expertise and will highly recommend her to anyone who's going through a high risk pregnancy.

I have had such a disappointing experience at the prime medical ajman branch with Dr. HUSSAIN ISMAIL , as soon i entered the room the doctor’s mood was very bad and his attitude was very rude, as a patient i was already not feeling well and he made my mental health & my mood so low & down, this is not a way a professional doctor should be behaving! No patient deserves to be treated this way, i will make sure i take my complaint to the Ministry Of Health & if needed i will take it to higher authorities ! I seriously believe the doctor should be called out for his behaviour & he should have the self realization of his mistake & apologize from his wholeheart & honesty! I need a positive reply as soon as possible, looking forward , thankyou!

Dr Wesam Gauda and his assistant ency are very professional and helpful to assist their patients. I had wonderful experience in my recovery. I would prefer prime hospital for everybody who are more concerned in having better time management or probook and better improvement. I also highlight one more aspect for the patients who are earning low salaries, they can get help from madad charity if you are matching there criteria. Alhamdullilah prime hospital and the Dr's and staff are serving this nation very well. Good luck prime hospital and I wish good health to all their patients.

Skin Dific branch has been my go-to IV spot. I always feel comfortable because everything is clearly explained, and I know I’m being attended to by licensed nurses. Joe usually does my IV, and he’s always really kind and makes me feel at ease. He explains what he’s doing in a simple way, which helps me relax, and he checks on me to make sure I’m okay. The whole process is smooth and stress-free, and I truly feel like I’m in good hands every time.

Visit to the clinic was fine but waiting was a long wait I came to clinic at 5 pm and finished 7.30pm,seeing ent (doctor and nurse was excellent, well explained everything, internal medicine Dr. Rahul was also excellent also his nurse but waiting was a longer period . Pharmacy one staff Mr.Syed was really rude when asked regarding approval for my kids medicine but one female and other three male staff were friendly and understanding

My visit to prime medical center in zero 6 Mall was good. And all the service was perfect . I have one point only on the reception staff except one Arabic beautiful was so helpful and friendly and has nice smile the rest no smile no welcoming and I noticed they are new. Or they don’t know their job and hey talking into each other with their own language while registering the patients.
