Miss reya or rea , the assistant of doctor basil (dentist) was very unprofessional and gave us nothing but an attitude. This woman should not be in the field as she was portraying BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS PATIENTS! They made my husband look pathetic and we were just asking HOW WAS THE WHOLE PROCESS for THE APPROVAL THAT SHE KEPT TELLING US! So i called my medical benefits and explained everything to them (that she didnt even know the details) & she just kept telling me nonsense things! After paying the co payment for the insurance, SHE TOLD US TO WAIT 2-3HRS and its 8:30PM in the evening and she didnt tell any of these when we talked on the phone! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have been told that it was a direct billing and i understand they mustve misunderstood the policy, i didnt have any problem with paying but being so ridiculously rude is unacceptable! Not to mention while she was talking to me SHE WAS FROWNING AND DOESNT SEEM LIKE SHE'S INTERESTED WITH OUR INQUIRY. INDEED A VERY BAD EXPRIENCE!

I was pregnant with twins, and throughout the entire nine months, Dr. Manar Hajali was not just my gynecologist, she was like a mother and a sister to me. Since it’s only me and my husband living here, far away from our own country, her caring words and loving support made us feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. At every visit, she made sure both the babies and I were completely fine. She was available for us 24 hours whenever we needed her, always patient, kind, and reassuring. Even after the delivery, she continued to check on us, ensuring that both the mother and the babies were healthy and recovering well. She is highly professional, incredibly dedicated, and genuinely compassionate. We are deeply grateful to have had her throughout this journey. Shankar, she advised medications first and then Adenotonsillectomy with bilateral tymponometry and grommet insertion(for his ear issue) My nephew is 2 months post surgery now and is completely normal and relieved of all his symptoms. Very sweet, very accommodating, explains the rationale, reasoning behind the suggested treatment and course of action. Its always a pleasant experience visiting him as he is reassuring and always calm and has all the time you need to be comfortable. Relatively less restrictive when it comes to Do's and Don'ts during treatments and different stages compared to other doctors. This can be good for some, but maybe not for some others who would like specific instructions on what they are allowed/not allowed to do.

I was very upset way approvals was handled, i m having cigna insurance which is not required any pre approval for vaccination. But still staff maid wait for approval, after showing msg from insurance that we don't need pre approval then also they said we know this but we need pre approval for billing and tell us come next day after approval because they were closing the medical centre.

My only recommendation for improvement is the turnaround time for the final results. The nurses and reception staff are friendly and accommodating. I have never had to wait long for any appointment . The clinic is very clean and welcoming . I have been going here for a couple of years for my Botox - and am always very happy with the results . Dr Chris is very kind and friendly. He is very informative with what he is doing - I highly recommend him for Botox .
