During both the pigtail procedure and my major surgery, he made sure I felt safe and at ease. I am absolutely happy with the Dr and his approach to the patients , he is pleasant , down to earth and excellent diagnostic capabilities, 5 star for him. Having said that what is most disappointing is waiting at Pharmacy , It took almost an hour for me to get my medication while Dr consultation took just 15 minutes . Multiple things I have observed at pharmacy dispensing counters. Not quick actions to handle such huge crowd , No empathy to the customers . Not a single happy face I could see around . You must consider looking at means to improve average customer handling times and I am sure that can be done for an organisation like Prime

Knowing very well that there would be some rush after the holidays, number of cashiers would have been added to avoid big queues. Also, just an idea maybe to look into long process in the system. Sometimes it really takes long for the cashier to close a query what are they looking into is anyone's guess.
