Date: November 5,2025 Time : 10:32 Am Location: GP Receptionist Area Reef Mall I walked in to see the GP doctor.The receptionist adviced me to go to primecorp,saying that all the GPs were there.I was hesistant to go, as my colleague had informed me that her check up was done at Reef mall.To confirm, I called my colleague,and she confirmed that her visit indeed at reef mall. I then returned to the receptionist and explained that my insurance is covered at reef mall.I also mentioned that i could see the internal medicine doctor there,as my colleague had advised.However,the receptionist argued with me and said that I would to pay AED 50,speaking with a rude facial expression.I replied that was fine to pay. I politely told him that next time,he should provide clearer advice to customers,as we may not know all the details.He continued agruing, so I stopped him and said that if he had just apologized,I would have understood.I then left Unfortunately,I forgot to get his name. The receptionist was MALE; nationality unknown Big Thanks to the staff in the Internal medicine department from the receptionist to the doctor for being so hepful and friendly.

The first time I've met Dr. Khaldoon together with my wife and discussed the operation that might happen, I said to myself "this is the right Doctor God has chosen for me" He is very professional and would not care spending more time with his patient just to explain everything and have the discussion fully understood. He performed a surgery on Oct. 23 that lasted more than what he expected but because of his vast experience and confidence, the operation ended successfully. After the surgery, his personal care to his patient is very exceptional. He would make sure that everything should be done accordingly to ensure speedy recovery.
