تجربتي مع مركز Optimization Movement دخلت البرنامج في البداية بدافع التجربة، خاصة أني جرّبت من قبل تقريبًا كل شيء — تمارين مقاومة، مساج، علاج طبيعي، إبر صينية، وكايروبراكتر. في البداية كنت قد ذهبت إلى طبيب متخصص للركبة، وبعد عمل الأشعة نصحني بعدم الحركة تمامًا — لا صعود للدرج، ولا ممارسة للرياضة — وقال إن الحل الوحيد هو إبرة الزيت مرة في السنة. اتبعت نصيحته، ولكن مع الوقت فقدت مرونتي، ولم أعد أستطيع السجود أو المشي بسهولة. أصبحت الحركة مؤلمة وصعبة جدًا. ثم قررت أن أجرب محاولة جديدة مع الدكتورة ريم، وكانت التجربة مختلفة تمامًا! بدأت بتقييم شامل للحالة،. أعطتني تمارين بسيطة لكنها فعّالة جدًا، مع متابعة مستمرة ومقابلات أسبوعية لتقييم التطور، ومعرفة إذا كان هناك أي ألم وكيف يمكن تفاديه. الاستشارة كانت متاحة في أي وقت، مما أعطاني شعورًا بالثقة والاطمئنان. كما صممت لي الدكتورة برنامجًا غذائيًا متوازنًا لخسارة الوزن بطريقة صحية وبدون حرمان، والحمد لله بفضل الله أولًا، ثم بجهود الأستاذ زياد والدكتورة ريم وجميع القائمين على هذا العمل الرائع، استعدت قدرتي على الحركة . ، Optimization Movement عملهم احترافي بروح العائلة الواحدة — يهتمون بصحتك، لياقتك، وغذائك، ومعاملة راقية جدًا. أنا سعيدة جدًا بهذه التجربة، وأنصح كل من يبحث عن نتيجة حقيقية وتجربة مختلفة أن يبدأ معهم دون تردد.

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to your medical facility. I have been visiting your clinic for the past 7–8 years and have always trusted your service. However, this time my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited for almost one hour, yet no one attended to me. I was there for treatment and follow-up, but I was not given proper support. One of the nurses was sitting and using her mobile phone. When I requested assistance, she responded rudely, saying that I had many appointments and must wait. Instead of helping, she showed no concern for my situation. I was told the doctor was waiting for me, yet no one guided me or took my case seriously. The overall attitude and lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress and frustration. This experience is unacceptable, especially from a place I have trusted for many years. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to ensure better service in the future. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response

I have just underwent a LEEP procedure under Dra. Usha’s care. I was really scared after she told me that it is a protocol since I’ve never had a surgery before in my whole life. But Dra. Usha can be really busy because she is the most sought after OB gyne (I would know because she is always fully booked whenever I need to schedule my appointment with her which means she is the best and top OB gyne in her field) but despite her busy schedule she would always make it a point to reach out to you whenever you have questions. It’s horrible, the doctor was rude and couldn’t even talk in a nice way aside from he has a heavy indian accent, then he blame the patient for not understanding him. It’s taking a long time for him to use the computer, he’s old and not efficient, you can be old but gold in a way, but definitely he was not that kind.

Your doctor Dr Kavita is not open to prescribing HRT to perimenopausal patients. Despite being on this medication for 18 months, and experiencing uncomfortable symptoms without, she is still stuck in an outdated mindset about this medication. This tells me that your doctors do not keep up to date in their fields.
