Please keep in mind that my rating has nothing to do with the staff and doctors that attained to me during my visit. My bad experience was after my visit, I paid for my sick leave which usually take less than 5mins to receive once you’ve made the payment to MOHAP. Once I left the hospital I waited till the evening around 6pm I call the customer service the Asian guy ( Indian) who picked my called told me it takes 24hr and he seems not wanting to assist, once I told him that I often apply it by myself and told him about the time frame he said he will check with the clinic and get back to me. Came back to me and repeated himself and I did the same, the he didn’t have anything else to say but to transfer me to the clinic. Fast forward to the clinic I spoke their supervisor on duty VERY UNPROFESSIONAL sanja or sajav… I forgot her name too she told me it takes 24hr and the guys at the clinic already informed it takes 24hr, I told her I often apply it by myself and it doesn’t take that long and she told me it has been apply they are just waiting to receive it. I told her she was wrong with MOHAP once the payment is received you instantly receive a notification has been approved then your sick leave follow. She told me she has to check with the nurse, I told her it’s not the nurse applying for the sick leave you’ve a particular staff that does that. Then I knew something wasn’t right, I told her if it has been applied send me the Application Number I’ll verify it on my end she said she doesn’t hav access to it she will ask and get back to me. I waited for and hour and I decided to go to the clinic. On arrival to the clinic I met Mosiz very nice guy and always assist me and my family, I explained to him the situation and he came back to saying wait 5mins you’ll get your sick leave. And guess what they had not applied for it as i thought, mind you my state Dr Avinesh said I need to have a bed rest not to strained my thigh and I had to come all the way to the clinic just for them to apply a sick leave I had paid since morning. If that supervisor was professional she would have just been honest with me and I would have known what to say to my company once they asked for the sick leave. But she thought she is so smart. I’m really pissed and disappointed.

Dr. Shayesteh Khalili

Endocrinologist

I chose Dr. Khalili to be my hormone management doctor due to her in depth knowledge of peri and post menopause therapy. From there, she revealed her high expertise as a thyroid specialist. She suspected I had thyroid nodules from only a visual and brief physical examination. She was the first of many endocrinologists I had seen, to send me for an ultrasound to confirm her suspicions. My 2 nodules were small under 1 cm which left subsequent doctors I consulted dumbfounded as to how Dr. Khalili was able to detect them from a few feet away. Dr. Khalili's expertise in this field and her keen eye is unmatched. Had it not been for her, it may have been years before my papolliary thyroid cancer would have been detected.. Likely when it would have metastaticized, which could have been too late to treat with Radiofrequency ablasion (RFA) with risks and complications inherent in all late stage cancers. Though the global gold standard is still complete thyroidectomy in such cases, Dr. Khalili supported my decision to ablate the tumours with RFA as first line treatment, something most doctors are still not willing to do. Her knowledge of post RFA care is sound and I feel confident to have her as my primary care doctor to monitor my PTC journey. I believe Dr. Khalili was God sent as no other doctor would have detected this cancer at such an early stage, nor would they have been supportive of my desire to preserve my thyroid. I highly recommend Dr. Khalili for anyone who has a thyroid dysfunction and to always have a thoroughly evaluated scan and discuss all treatment options to make informed decisions, in collaboration with Dr. Khalili.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the lab during my recent visit. I was informed that I would need to wait approximately 30 minutes, as I would be accommodated in between scheduled appointments. I understood this and agreed to wait. However, I ended up waiting for almost two hours while experiencing significant pain in my lower abdomen, which was the reason for my clinic visit. During this time, I was instructed to drink a large amount of water and continued waiting in discomfort. Despite the staff being aware that I was in pain and seeing my condition, I was repeatedly ignored and not given any updates or assistance. I understand that clinics can be busy, but waiting for such an extended period while in pain, without proper communication or consideration, was very distressing. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and service provided. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve patient care in the future.

Very badly organised prime medical center which i have visited. The staff in the reception tries to teach you when you tell any complaint. No nurse at the doctor’s room to inform whose turn is next. Afterall when everyone is waiting, some random person will come from nowhere and go inside the room. When you ask about it, they say priority appointment. But when we ask what is priority appointment nonody knows. Very badly organised. And reception staff also not polite enough to explain things properly. And regarding appointment, i had appointment which was booked in the application and when i came to the reception it was not there and i think they removed and was asking for message which i didnt receive. I had to booked one appointment for future just to show him that we normally dont receive any message when we book appointment in the app. Very bad experience from this branch.

I was made to wait for about an hour and I had to pay AED 800 + medicine for a 5 minute consultation with the dentist after being redirected by the ENT specialist because they didn’t think that my ear pain was due to infection but rather due to something related to my jaw. The dentist suggested I get a mouth guard, which would have been another AED 2500 out of pocket, to which I said I would get back to them after talking to insurance. All in all, I came back from the hospital with just pain medication which was not covered by my insurance and no solution for my hurting ear. Will not be coming back. All staff however were very polite and helpful.

I’ve had an amazing experience with dr shouku. He’s very committed to his work, which is clearly visible in the service provided. Dr. Shouku is the only person I would blindly trust with my teeth. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the clinic and Dr. Shouku. I plan on getting Invisalign done by him and so far I’ve had my Invisalign consultation, where I was shown what my teeth would realistically look like after the procedure using the itero machine. He customized the results to make it my dream smile and to make my dream a reality.

The hospital services were excellent. When I met the doctor, he understood my issue immediately, and the X-ray results confirmed exactly what he explained. He prescribed medicines and a gel, which really helped with my recovery, and I am feeling much better now. One thing I noticed was that the recommended calcium medicine was different from what I received, and I was a bit confused about whether it was changed. Apart from this, the overall treatment and care were fantastic.
