Dr William Stern

Dr William Stern is a compassionate Consultant Neurologist who provides comprehensive care for individuals living with a broad range of neurological conditions. He leads a dedicated specialist service for patients experiencing initial neurological events, working closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure timely diagnoses and tailored treatment strategies. Dr Stern is committed to delivering objective, patient-centred care, ensuring that individuals feel reassured and well-informed throughout their diagnosis and ongoing treatment.

In his clinical practice, Dr Stern has a strong focus on epilepsy management and the investigation of first-time seizures. He also provides expert consultations for general neurological issues, including unexplained blackouts, motor symptoms, and complex brain and nervous system disorders. By utilising modern diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based management plans, Dr Stern aims to minimise symptoms and improve quality of life for every patient under his care.

Dr Stern completed his undergraduate medical studies at the University of Cambridge and University College London. Following his qualification, he completed extensive higher training in clinical neurology across renowned teaching networks.
