Dr Thomas Webb

Dr Thomas Webb is a Consultant Neurologist and Stroke Physician who provides comprehensive diagnostic assessments and tailored care plans for individuals experiencing a wide range of neurological conditions. Recognising that disorders affecting the brain and nervous system can be daunting, Dr Webb places clear communication and patient reassurance at the centre of his practice. He is dedicated to helping patients understand their symptoms and treatment options, working collaboratively with them to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Dr Webb received his medical training at St Bartholomew's and The Royal London Hospital Medical School, where he also earned an intercalated degree in the History of Medicine. Driven by a commitment to advancing neurological science, he undertook postgraduate research at the Prion Unit in Queen Square, completing a Doctor of Medicine by Research degree focused on inherited neurodegenerative conditions. He then went on to complete higher specialist training in both Neurology and Stroke medicine in Yorkshire.

In his clinical practice, Dr Webb manages general neurological presentations alongside complex acute conditions. His specialist interests include the diagnosis and management of stroke, intracranial haemorrhage, functional neurological disorders, and neurogenetic conditions. In addition to delivering patient care, he plays an active role in clinical research as a Principal Investigator for trials in stroke care, and serves as an Educational Supervisor and Senior Lecturer to help train future medical professionals.
