I supported my client to visit the clinic to review his contact lenses. Fantastic service from start to finish. The optometrist was thorough, knowledgeable, and tailored her explanations to the patient at hand. Since then, we have been coordinating a lens trial with our client and her communication and guidance has been extremely helpful in this process. The visit was a great experience and my client was ecstatic with the new glasses and lenses provided. Highly recommend!

Eye Problem

Recently went to OCL for a second opinion on eye surgery. I spent quite some time with their Optomotrist Prashant Shah. There are still genuinely caring people in the world. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but so wonderfully empathetic and understanding about my circumstances. He went above and beyond - just how people used to be in my parent’s/grandparent’s day, and is an absolute credit to OCL and their brand/presence. One of life’s good souls!

Dry Eyes

Mr Tam was extremely thorough friendly and helpful . The dry eye symptoms have improved greatly since my visit and the new drops  he suggested . I shall definitely return . Staff are lovely
