Drew is an extremely experienced and competent Optician who clearly believes in using the latest equipment and methods to analyse patients eye health. One specific thing that makes him special is his patient care: using exactly the right blend of friendliness, reassurance and care. In my case he went ‘above and beyond’ what might be expected to ensure that I got the best care when I was referred to a Consultant.
