My appointment was for a new contact lens fitting where once in my eyes they are checked to see whether the optometrist is happy with the fit which he was. I thought everyone was friendly and professional.
I needed an urgent appointment for an eye pressure check. I was able to get a slot quickly. Everyone in the Opticians was very efficient and kind. Well done.

Overall the experience was positive as I didn't have to wait too long, the 3D scan was quick and efficient, the normal sight test carried out by Sophie was very thorough and she explained the results of all the tests which indicated no great change from last year to warrant new glasses so she printed off the new prescription. I asked if I needed a fields test as I had to have a retest last year so she emailed me a test to do at home which I went through and has been confirmed as normal.
