Dr Shahreen Ahmad

Dr Shahreen Ahmad is a dedicated Consultant Clinical Oncologist who specialises in the treatment of solid tumours. Reassuring and highly professional, she focuses on providing comprehensive care tailored to each patient's unique needs. Her clinical practice encompasses a wide range of advanced treatments, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and biological therapies, ensuring that patients receive well-rounded and modern oncological care.

With a strong clinical focus on breast and lung cancers, Dr Ahmad is at the forefront of implementing advanced treatment modalities. She serves as a Lead Cancer Clinician for stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR), a highly precise form of radiation therapy. In addition to her clinical work, she holds leadership roles in tumour working groups and has been key in implementing advanced digital solutions to streamline cancer care and improve patient coordination.

Dr Ahmad completed her medical degree at University College London. She went on to complete extensive specialist training in clinical oncology and was awarded a Doctor of Medicine (Research) degree. Her research interests include functional cancer imaging and the development of innovative radiotherapy techniques, allowing her to bring the latest scientific insights directly to her clinical practice.
