Dr Sayed Mohsen

Dr Sayed Mohsen is an accomplished Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who delivers compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to women at every stage of life. Possessing expertise across all aspects of female reproductive health, he provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, medical therapies, and surgical interventions for a broad range of gynaecological conditions. Dr Mohsen is dedicated to creating a supportive and reassuring clinical environment, ensuring that patients feel heard, respected, and fully informed regarding their care options.

Dr Mohsen earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB BCh) before completing advanced postgraduate study, acquiring a Master of Science (MSc), a Doctor of Medicine (MD), and a Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning (DFFP). He completed higher specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at leading healthcare institutions across the United Kingdom, undertaking formal sub-specialty accreditation in fertility, minimal access surgery, colposcopy, and pelvic imaging. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG).

In clinical practice, Dr Mohsen focuses heavily on subfertility, assisted conception, and minimal access techniques, performing advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures, including laparoscopic and vaginal hysterectomy and pelvic reconstructive surgery. His diagnostic focus includes specialised gynaecological ultrasound assessments such as follicle tracking scans, Antral Follicle Count scans, 3D and 4D imaging, and HyCoSy ultrasound for tubal patency. Furthermore, he manages early pregnancy complications, colposcopy clinics, and urodynamics. Alongside his direct clinical commitments, Dr Mohsen plays an active role in medical education, training doctors and midwives while contributing to peer-reviewed research literature.
