It took me all day to write this to say the right words. How do you put into words? Two people that you truly believe saved your life!!! his secretary Faye and Mr masood I will be forever grateful I suffer with severe PMDD and after five years of knocking on so many doors And battling when I thought I couldn’t do it no more I come in contact with two amazing humans they will say it was just part of there job they went beyond a job role They they were kind. They were caring and looked after me when I needed it the most!! Put me on a treatment plan that literally changed and I believe saved my life. Mr Masood is very knowledgable and great at what he does. I have been seen by him for the past year and a half and have had multiple surgeries and scans for my condition. He gave me great care and I am very happy with how I am healing now. It was a shame I had to wait 1 year between surgeries as my condition worsened. I found it hard to get through to the admin team as I was trying to speed up the process of getting another surgery while having to come into hospital through multiple overnight stays due to my condition. However, I understand everyone is doing the best they can given the strain on the NHS with wait times. The system needs to be changed. Thank you Mr Masood for all your hard work and care - you have improved my life tremendously!

The experience we've had has been absolutely exceptional, truly remarkable from start to finish. What truly stood out for us was Mr. Masood's outstanding bedside manner and his remarkable communication skills. From the very first moment, he had a calm and genuinely reassuring presence that instantly put us at ease. He took the time to explain everything with incredible clarity, patiently answering all our questions and making sure we fully understood every step. This wasn't just a clinical process; his warmth and empathy made it a trusting and comfortable experience. We are so grateful for his ability to make a stressful time feel completely manageable. Feeling so well-informed and cared for at every turn is a rare gift, and it's what truly sets him apart. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
