Mr Rohit Dhawan

Rohit Dhawan is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Trust, specialising in hip and knee arthroplasty. He provides evidence-based care for patients with arthritis, joint pain, trauma, and complex lower limb conditions, with a focus on restoring mobility and improving quality of life.

His training included the renowned Oswestry and Stoke rotation, followed by advanced hip and knee fellowships in Melbourne and Bristol. He has specialist expertise in primary and revision joint replacement surgery, including robotic-assisted knee surgery and the use of OPS (Optimised Positioning System) technology to enhance accuracy in hip replacements.

Alongside his clinical work, he publishes in leading journals, present internationally, and teach Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) at the Royal College of Surgeons, England.
