Dr Reenu Nagarajan

Dr Reenu Nagarajan is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist specialising in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to the individual needs of individuals and couples seeking assistance with family building. Dr Nagarajan believes in a supportive and holistic approach to reproductive health, ensuring every patient receives a detailed clinical assessment and a personalised treatment strategy designed to optimise their fertility outcomes.

Dr Nagarajan completed her medical degree (MBBS) prior to undertaking postgraduate training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, during which she was awarded a Master of Medicine (MD) for her research on first trimester miscarriages. She subsequently completed higher specialist training within the East Midlands deanery, earning her Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) alongside her Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). In addition to her specialist training, Dr Nagarajan completed advanced training in subfertility and reproductive medicine and holds a certified pelvic ultrasound qualification from the British Fertility Society. She maintains professional memberships with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, the British Fertility Society, and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.

In her clinical practice, Dr Nagarajan demonstrates comprehensive expertise across the full spectrum of fertility and reproductive care. Her primary clinical interests include the management of male and female subfertility, diminished ovarian reserve, recurrent implantation failure, and recurrent pregnancy loss. She also possesses extensive experience in managing high-risk pregnancies, conducting detailed pelvic ultrasound examinations, and overseeing In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) protocols.

Alongside her clinical duties, Dr Nagarajan is actively involved in medical education, research, and quality improvement initiatives. She has led quality projects focused on superovulation, authored clinical guidelines on recurrent miscarriage management, and presented findings at national and regional medical conferences.
