Professor Heer was a thoughtful and thorough doctor and I felt complete trust throughout several months of uncertainty. He explained everything in detail and left no stone unturned. I would also like to say that the rest of the staff that was supporting him at HCA (eg nurses during small procedures) was equally wonderful. I would highly recommend HCA and Prof Heer.
